But Messi is said to have determined the time to leave Inter Miami. Messi seems to have no intention of staying long with Inter Miami after his contract ends in 2025. Could this injury spark his thoughts of retiring from his career?
After Messi joined Inter Miami, Inter Miami's winning streak continued but Messi was absent from Inter Miami for several matches due to a particular injury. Sadly, without Messi, Inter Miami is a winless team. Messi played a total of 12 matches for Inter Miami and scored 11 goals and assisted five goals. Messi also won the title for Inter Miami.
However, Messi joined Inter Miami with a two-year contract, but at the end of the two-year contact, he no longer wants to be a new Inter Miami. Messi has confirmed to reporters that he will join his native club at the end of his two-year contract.

@LDL Messi is a global superstar hence it was not surprising to see him uplift Inter Miami on his own but what’s surprising is how over dependent they have become on him that they can’t even win in his absence. Furthermore this injury doesn’t look good because he’s missed too many matches now and while I don’t think that he’ll retire but there’s a possibility that he may now consider quitting Inter Miami and return back home in 2024 only.

Lionel Messi missed the previous two matches. In this match, the home team must win 3 points to maintain hope of entering the Playoff. Without Messi, this team is significantly weaker and cannot win recent matches. If Messi cannot participate in the game, Leonardo Campana or Josef Martinez will play as a striker alongside Robert Taylor and Facundo Farias. I guess Messi is unlikely to play this match from the start, but he can still make a significant impact when coming off the bench. Inter Miami will increase their hopes of winning against New York City if Messi contributes to improving team spirit.
You are right and Inter Miami had to play this match without Lionel Messi, it seems he has not fully recovered from his injury, and Inter Miami could only get a draw in this match.
And I think if in the next few matches he still can't play then Inter Miami's chances will be even more closed because this team has quite a strong dependence on the Argentinian player, because it is clear that without his presence Inter Miami will start to get unsatisfactory results.

Yes, Inter Miami was lucky to draw 1-1 against New York City. On the day Messi did not play. They did not play well in this match and were led by New York City in the 77th minute. Fortunately, in the 90+5 minute, Aviles scored a valuable goal to help Inter Miami miraculously escape death.

Inter Miami seems very difficult to improve their position in the MSL standings, so far they are still in the bottom two and their target is to reach the top 9 there is still a long way to go
Tomorrow Inter Miami will face New York City, after reportedly being injured and not defending his team in several previous matches, Lionel Messi is rumored to be returning to play in this match, and without his presence it seems that Inter Miami is indeed experiencing serious obstacles to winning, but injuries are difficult for players to avoid, especially when facing tight match and also a tight schedule.

There is a rumor that Luka Modric could join Messi in Miami.
The real Madrid midfielder signed a new contract in June 2023, which will expire in June 2024. It turns out that he will leave Real Madrid when his contract expires. After watching Luka Modric's performances at the start of the new season, Carlos Ancelotti decided that we are now ready to part ways with 38-year-old Luka Modric because his performance does not look as good as previous ones, so we are now ready to part ways with Luka Modric if he receives a good offer from MLS in the January transfer window.
So what do people think if Luka Modric also comes to Inter Miami? Club Already having Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba, and now Luka Modric is coming to be part of the club. Besides that, Luis Suarez is also strongly linked with Inter Miami. Luis Suarez has reported that he will come to Inter Miami after the end of the Brazilian Série A league. So obviously, Inter Miami would be a more promising club in the MLS.
Source

I don't know how true this rumor can be, but in my opinion it will be good for these players to move to Inter Miami because the culture and laws of the United States of America are the same as those of Brazil and Spain, of course there are some points in the laws in Brazil and Spain may be harsher or more lenient in relation to the laws in the USA, but it is a fact that the laws in Saudi Arabia are extreme in terms of not being flexible and following religion and it is a country of dictatorship and without democracy, and a place where even though players earn a lot of money, they will not be free and their family would also suffer if they make any mistake. In Saudi Arabia, women do not have any freedom or rights like they do in democratic countries

That's why in my opinion they will do very well if they go to play in the USA, it doesn't matter how much salary Inter Miami will pay them, but honestly it would be much better if they received little but were in a democratic country. That whole movement that the Arabs are doing is something that after 3 years will lead nowhere, that in the long term will be a failure, no good player will agree to go and play in Saudi Arabia in 3 years. So it's good that these 2 players make a good choice, and in my opinion, a good choice will be to go to the USA for Inter Miami.

Speaking of inter miami, they chose not to put their best players in the last game of the league to save for the cup game, this is because the cup game is a final game, if inter miami wins then at least this season they will have won a title, which would already be something very good and important, inter's opponent in the cup final will be houston, it is not a weak opponent, that's why inter will need to put in a lot of effort if they want to win the game against houston in the cup final. Cup

If this information is correct, as predicted, Luka Modric will come to Inter Miami in early 2024 or the summer when his contract with Real Madrid expires. I should add MLS to my list of favorites, and I greatly admire Modric and Messi. They have kind hearts and fair play. These two stars are ready to refuse Saudi Arabia's huge salary. They want to find a new home that suits them.
Before Modric signed with Tottenham (in 2008), Modric expressed his desire to sign a contract with Barca. But it's a pity we can't see this duo at Barca. Now, if true, Modric will go to Inter Miami. There would be nothing better than seeing Messi and Modric as a team.

If this was their decision to leave out some of their players, it kinda questionable because the cup match would be on 28th so they had alot of time to rest their players if they wanted to. Well its Inter Miami anyway so there isnt anything that you could hope from that team if their main players were not playing but atleast they could have choose to win the previous game especially after they lost against Atlanta

USA is making a long plan to make them a better nation in term of football, they want to be a next power of football, for that they want their players to play with a few of good and well know players like Messi, they are having now a very good national team if you see.
Messi's arrival at the club, there has been a festive atmosphere in Miami. The club is now leading everywhere. This club will play the final of the US Open Cup next Thursday. If some more legendary players join with Messi then their club will be more stronger. If Luka Modric joins Messi in Miami, this team will be far ahead of the rest. But Modric's arrival is not guaranteed as we have to wait until June 2024. Many football insiders are speculating that Miami would be a good opportunity for Modric. In the same way If every club brought in a few legend players then US soccer would change drastically. I believe that football in the US will change massively in the next few years If they could include some of the world's best players.

The previous match between Inter Miami and Atlanta United shows that without Lionel Messi, Inter Miami is nothing against big clubs. Atlanta United have handed Inter Miami their first loss of the Messi era, ending their 12-match unbeaten streak. Lionel Messi has been having some muscular fatigue issues during the international break, which is why he wasn't able to play against Atlanta United. Besides that, Jordi Alba has also been withdrawn from the match against Atlanta United due to fatigue.
Inter Miami's unbeaten run ends at 12 matches, a streak that began with the debuts of Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets.
Miami has won only one of their last 13 games (D3 L9) in which Messi was not in the side.
So it is easy to say that without Lionel Messi, Inter Miami is just a lame club. In addition, Lionel Messi is the only man who can bring a club with his own performance status.

Well, it's an undeniable fact that Messi brought a big change to the Inter Miami team, but we also need to be very realistic and not think that they would be invincible against the top teams, a team is made up of many players and even if only 1 player is a genius, yet this team will not beat another team that has many good players and in this case Messi was not playing, but even if Messi was playing, I highly doubt that the result of this game would end with a victory for Inter Miami , if Inter Miami wants to be a competitive team to the point of having a strong squad capable of being champions

So Inter Miami needs to sign more good young players, but this is something that I doubt will happen, in my opinion (I could be wrong here) and since this team doesn't have great ambitions of winning the league, I get the impression that Their aim is to just play for pleasure and fun and of course profit in some way. This thought of mine will change when or if I see them signing good, young players, there are many good players who are playing in European countries in the second division leagues and even in the first division but in the Chinese teams who would accept to play in the USA

They could also sign good players from the South American leagues, there are many talented players in South America who would accept to play in the USA, there are also many good African players who would accept to play in the USA. I know that both teams have more foreign players than US players in their squad, but the problem in the case of Inter Miami is that their foreign squad is weak, only Messi and a few are good players and that is something that management needs to start taking it seriously. They should think about hiring a good coach and making big changes to the team's squad if they want to have good results to the point of being able to beat the top teams

Lionel Messi has definitely made the team a lot stronger. But at the same time, he alone can only do so much. In the end, all the players actually have to perform well for a team to win. Especially when it comes to playing against stronger opponents. And I do not think that we can say Inter Miami has actually reached that level. They will still need to bring in a lot more players who are younger and better to actually reach the higher level.

I know a lot of people are currently comparing them with the Saudi League. But the thing is after Cristiano Ronaldo moved to the Saudi league, a lot of players who still actually play well also moved to the Saudi league. But that did not happen with Inter Miami. Or the MLS in that case. I definitely think that it is going to take a lot more time for the Inter Miami team to actually be able to beat any team in the MLS at any given time.

Well played Atlanta! They really surprised Inter Miami. Atlanta United scored five goals in front of a massive crowd of 70,000, handing Miami their first loss since Messi joined. It's evident that Miami heavily relies on Messi. The defenders lacked discipline, and there's a lot for the defense to improve, but they're on a learning curve. This team holds great potential. One doesn't need to be a genius to see how fast they've learned in less than two months. Anyway, Messi will return from vacation soon, and we can witness the magic again.

Whenever a person does not feel comfortable he cannot perform well and to make a long story short this was his performance at Paris. In Miami he found himself again and the level of football of the MLS of course cannot yet compete with the top 5 major European leagues but has come up considerably and it will improve even further thanks to the players who choose to go there to end their career,I mean star players from Europe who go there to end their career.

Personally I used to love more the MLS when tons of goals were scored yet lately I have not seen this happening as often as sometime ago.
Messi did not feel happy in PSG and in reality their fans treated Messi very bad. They disrespected Messi in his last months there so they can not ask Messi to stay with them, sign a new contract with PSG.

Messi got many offers and options to move after deciding to end his collaboration with PSG. Offers are from Saudi Arabia, MLS and even more but eventually he chose MLS, not Saudi Professional League. Even he will receive more money if he moves to Saudi Arabia and MLS very luckily to have Messi so is Inter Miami.

About Inter Miami, it is their magic transfer as after a few weeks in the club, Messi already helped them to win a first title in their young club's history. In MLS, their club are climbing up on the table after having Messi. They are all happy with each other now.

Messi never want to go to Paris that its all the true, but the circunstaces made him ended there, he wasnt happy so he cant play his better  football, plus in the 2023 season he only was focused on World CUp, nothing more, with that two combiantions made a Messi not so over the performance. Anyways he manage to be the greatest assistant on both league 1.

Messi said he was really happy after the leave PSG, and also the past week NEymar said something like that, he said "for both (he and Messi) staing in Paris was a nightmare".

And seems like that its true you see how happy and how good is playing MEssi on the MLS,i know MLS is a low league compared to Ligue 1 but still a better mood for Messi.
We know that PSG fans are quite strange because their attitude has changed and is no longer the same when Messi first arrived at the club, and he felt so hated at the end of the season he was there that he chose not to renew his contract, and in fact PSG fans also showed their hatred for one of them their new player is Lucas Hernández just because he was born in a city whose club is a competitor of PSG, and this is the strangest attitude from fans I have ever read.

They should be ashamed of their behavior, I want to see what PSG will accomplish now that they don't have Messi and Neymar under their umbrella, they broke Messi and made him feel like an outcast but thank his stars, he is now where he is appreciated. You know despite Beckham been a successful footballer and a good reputation in football, he doesn't fail to give credit to Messi at a given opportunity. That's how we all succeeded, rise by lifting others. Inter Miami fans are even more loyal because ever since Messi came to that club, their ticket has appreciated by 4-5x and I'm surprised that ticket are been sold fast before we know, this is the loyalty PSG guys lack in France.

Quote
Inter Miami was able to win again in the MLS match against Sporting KC, they are targeting to finish in the top 9 so they can qualify for the off-limits, yeah MLS has a different competition system from other leagues to determine the season champion. It is still possible for Inter Miami to achieve this if they can continue with this good trend, but this is also helped by poor results from the teams above them who are really struggling for it.

Inter Miami is been feared even as Messi is not around, Sporting KC were afraid because of Messi winning mentality. If Campana and Busquets could have such kind of performance when Messi wasn't around, now imagine what they would have done to Sporting KC. Inter Miami might not win MLS this season because of the poor beginning but trust, they have achieved more tey could imagine. Next season is going to be a new blowout against any team that comes their ways.
