I think the odds of losing a bet are more than winning it, so the more bets you make... and the more complex they are.. the higher the chance for you to lose more money.

People think it is a simple choice between "win or lose" .... but it is not that simple. You should make calculated bets that are based on proper research and also comparing the odds provided by different Sport betting providers.

I definitely agree this. There will always be millions of variables that will change outcome/result of game. When you add one more game to your betting coupon, you add millions more on top of it. In my opinion its best to bet on lowest number of games gambling company will allow. For example gambling monopoly in my country, sometimes allow coupons to have 1 big game or 1 big/1 small game (big game means derby in general). So winning chance is greater.

I would look to find some teams who are running hot. Some NBA teams go on streaks of 10-12 games in a row that they win. Find a couple teams on a hot streak and ride the wave with them.

That's true because what may work for them may not work for you. Copying only their style of betting is not enough, the key there is that you also need to analyze the game like they do, so you will get the same result.

Of course, this is what we should do since we are the one making our fate, copying bets of others maybe good for short term but in the long run it will not help. It's just like when you study and you just live to copy from your classmates, you will not learn what you need to when you graduated, if you are lucky.

So here, the principle on why we should only select few bets as much as possible is because we need to analyze the game carefully in order to win, so more games to bet on means more job on analyzing, which makes it hard for us. What we are achieving here is not the number of bets to make , but th percentage of winning, so if we want to achieve at least 55% winning chances, it doesn matter if we bet only 5 in a day compared to betting 100 getting the same result.

The important thing on here is that you do able to make having that good analysis with those picks. It doesnt matter on how many games that you are putting into as long you are really that spendingon the amount on which you can afford to lose considering that we are dealing with gambling on which chances of winning cant really be determined precisely whether you are really that doing good or not.
It would really be just that all depending on the picks you had made. It isnt true that the more games you are choosing or betting does have less chances of winning.
There's no way that we could be able to determine on how often we do win in gambling on which there's no way on knowing that.

People do gamble and make bets according into their interest and preference or simply really just that for fun. As long you do make yourself that responsible when it comes to betting

I know many of them want more luck so they place more than 5 single bets, let's say in 1 day or in 1 week 15 single bets.

Without being told, gambling with many match picks reduces our chances of winning because it's hard, not easy for one to get all their predictions correctly. It is either one or two picks from their predicted games that will deny them their winning in gambling.

Some gamblers who know how gambling works, would prefer to pick a few games that they are sure of, they will bet on them with big money on a particular slip. Knowing fully well that the huge money they use to bet on those few selected games will boost their staked winning money to be big, to cover as if they picked many match games.

So, we're not talking about parlay here. However, if we compare a single bet that you made many pick and a parlay, of course the parlay has a lower chance of winning. Imagine making a bet on one game you just need that one game to go your way to win. Now, if you combine several bets into one (parlay) you need all of them to be right. The more bets you combine the harder it is to get them all correct, reducing your chances of winning, eventhough the potential reward is higher. Stick to single bets for better odds of winning.

It depends whether what game you are playing. If you are solely playing luck based games, more bets made mean higher chances of winning. The probability of you winning because you have multiple entries will increase because the combination or the chances that one of your bets will be picked will be greater than having only one to rely on. You don't really have to monitor this so it will not be a problem as long as you have tickets for it. Meanwhile, if you are eyeing skill and info based games such as sportsbetting, the chances of multiple bets not hitting even one will be probably because you didn't take time to analyze and ponder on your choices. If you will bet on different teams all at once, you might not monitor or have an updated information that is relevant for a positive outcome. But if you can multitask, you can probably do it. Just don't get your emotions be involved so that there would be minimal problems.

It really depends, let's say you have $20.

You can either put $20 on one match or split $20 to 20 matches, so you bet $1 in every match. You're not really looking for money when you bet in many matches because the amount you gamble is same with all in one bet.
