The best way is to dig up some information about that coin. Meaning you have to research all about that coin. The concept is important. Is the new coin will solve something relevant to our present time, specifically on the real world (or the digital world at some point)? Or it is just a copy shitcoin that intends only to raise some money without a future plan? The developers should also be looked into. Do they have any relevant experience to the field of their specified concept? Or just a programmer? These some question will help you in selecting a great ICO.

true many ico projects are spreading.
but basically all back on our decision to follow a campaign like you said on bounty.
we all can not escape failure and error, it is very natural. for me follow the most important ico of the concept and the team. the experienced team and the concept presented meet my criteria. then I decided to invest or follow the bounty of the project.

The most important thing is to find hidden vaule of its currency, because even if coin wont have high price initially later will propably grow.
More typical stuff like development team, CEO, social media, community were elucidate here many times so I wont explain it again but you should hone in on that thing if you want succeed in altcoin investments.

I agree that there are a lot of scammy icos in the market right now, they all are trying to get advertised on this Forum by their signature campaings or just by their bounty social media in facebook, twitter etc.
It really needs to be regulated a bit, not just like china did, but maybe a bit would be necesary to stop this.
2 of 5 ico's are scam right now, the founders think this a fast-rich scheme and they wanna milk most money as possible from their investors, and this is how it works.
Personally, i try to stay away from them, and only invest when they are listed on exchangers with a good volume.

I can not be sure which ico can be trusted 100%

I just make sure and after observing and investigating. about concepts, technology, teams and more.
I just gave trust to an ico. of course everyone is doing the same as what I did.
if we are involved in crypto we know the advantages and disadvantages are always part of the risk.

I can't tell exactly because lots of time my understanding was also wrong I was looking for the actual solution providing by the altcoin using blockchain technology . Seconed one was I was believing gambling or betting or dice Ico both became lots of time became scam. I think there should be some regulation in bitcointalk before announcing ico.

Chances would differ but its possible if those coins are listed on small exchanges this is why most people do really request to put it up on big exchanges which it is somehow hard for some coin devs to make such thing.
Most people would really prefer this thing but this expectations do normally be broken or they do hope.
