Definitely crypto is not dead, it's just a start of era that is going to change the world as we know it. Just because overal market cap has droped it doesn't mean that crypto is about to disappear, whole market is being manipulated alot and they actually want us to think that crypto is dead just so they can accumulate as much as possible. So, just hold onto your investition and be patient.

I think there is a misunderstanding here about crypto, it's not dead as many people speculate, crypto has come to stay, according to John Mcafee Crypto blockchain technology is like the paradox box once opened cannot be closed again.

Nothing bad and unusual for cryptocurrency has yet happened, so there is no reason to believe that the cryptocurrency market is dead. The market is experiencing a period of long stagnation.
