I'm launching my own marijuana coin, but after I establish myself in the industry, i'm planning on pumping maryjanecoin through my already established network. Ive seen other coins continue without dev's, why cant MaryJane?
Is this guy who initially ran Marijuanacoin still around? I remember he made a lot of promises as he claimed to be extraordinarily well connected.

Right Adam Garrity is his name, I remember that now. He always claimed to have a huge network in the industry and he is going to connect that with MaryJane but never happened. What would your plan look like for MaryJ? Do you have any connections in the cannabis industry?
My plan will be released shortly, but to summarize, I'm going to be molding into a more usable template exactly like I designed with Motacoin. 10% PoS up from 3%, throwing in dispensary recruitment fund, throwing in a dev fund for myself, and black listing a certain someones addresses.
Don't you think it could be better to start from scratch and leave all the negative associations with this project behind?
There's an entire community of people who bought into this coin before Adam walked away with their money and screwed them. There's a lot of people who don't want to see their coins vanish, and since I am able, I would be happy to revive the project through a fork so I can make a few changes to it. I'm not gonna abandon this community like Adam did.
That's a good attitude towards the community here. By the way is there no chance to take action against Adam if he provenly stole funds?
I definitely care about the MaryJ community, I've become very close with most if not all of the active members. Regarding Adam, there is more than enough plainly visible, severe violations of both federal and state law.
For exhibit A) I want to point out that Adam Garrity foolishly documented his ownership of the MaryjaneCoin (Via Trademark applications, MaryjaneCoin LLC formation) immediately following a well documented ICO in which Adam sold unauthorized securities to United States citizens
[Not filing with the appropriate entities to authorize the sale of - Big Mistake #1]. These US citizens who purchased securities from Adam, I would assume the majority if not entirety, are not accredited investors.

For exhibit B) I want to mention the
enourmous volume of "promises" (none of which were kept) that were made immediately following the unauthorized selling of securities to non-accredited investors. [

This trail of lies and bullshit would be quite the spectaclen if he hadn't deleted most of them. But rest assured, a simple subpoena at the proper time will unearth all of his lies and delusions. Unfortunate for would-be-governor-elect Adam Garrity,
in my opinion, he lacks even elementary understanding of the legal framework from which financial derivatives such as MaryjaneCoin may be sold.
We, as the (defrauded, misled) community, with the ability to recover all of his lies, have a slam dunk case in whichever direction we want to take it. Speaking from the perspective of someone with a relatively small measure of legal knowledge, he really fucked up.
Big time.
Is it too much to ask for him to see through, what he began?
Here's what I would accept from Adam: in place of an easily won legal battle - (with the blessing of this community):
- Forfeit any remaining legal ownership of anything tied to MaryjaneCoin (outstanding trademarks, patents, copyrights, website domain), to be transferred to Me-(with the MaryJ community's approval)
- An offer to recompensate any defrauded investor seeking to recover restitutionary damages (in lieu of said investor, not agreeing that transferring all remaining legal ownership to me is sufficient compensation)
- You (Adam) will withdraw from every and any MaryjaneCoin affiliated product, service or forum,
never to be heard from again.
