just keep in mind that trading altcoins is not "exactly" like choosing stocks and other markets for that matter. you will see some coin being pumped out of the blue and people triple their investment in a blink of an eye or lose their investment as fast as they invested.

Trading altcoin is hard to do. But I guess there are many people out there doing altcoin trading and get a lot from it. How did they do that? Like choosing what altcoin should be pumped and which one should be dump?

Which is why trading in such an environment offers hypothetical results...
You never know what will happen the next minute, as if either whales might enter when you enter, you are lucky or if they exit while you enter, you will yourself witness your portfolio fall down like someone falling from a sky without parachute...

Lots of good suggestions here, but can anyone suggesting to "trade" point us noobs towards a good into guide?  I imagine its very similar to forex trading, but for sure there have to be some differences right?
check out sections on altcoin, speculation, Trading Discussion for getting the hang of what is happening also there is a reddit section called r/BitcoinMarkets that you can check out.
all in all you have to spend time to learn and start small and learn from your losses before you can start earning big time

Thanks, I will do that.  I assume it would take lots of effort to learn.  Learning how to choose stocks took years of experience and learning before I felt confidant in my abilities.  In fact I would almost compare it to earning a second degree.

And thanks Crazyivan, that is important info.

Also I forgot to say, as far as faucets go moonbitcoin is my favorite.  Also you can try this site to earn a little bit.  You won't get a ton but its better than faucets.
I suggest to you to stop keeping clicking captchas, you can only earn in that way with a small income. Now you have a bitcointalk account you can participate now in signature campaign and you will earn as much than faucets.

I would rather choose to join a signature campaign which is safe way to grow your bitcoins and if I would become greedy someday and want to grow my bitcoins in a quick time I would prefer to go on gambling sites and take a risk to win some good amount of bitcoins.

That's a good waty to lose all your coins not grow them. Personally I just prefer to buy and earn coins with the intention of holding them for a while. I think in the long run bitcoins themselves will turn out to be a great investment.

because I'm out of mining party already, only BTC income outside direct buying is now sig. campaign:) omg, I wish to mine again..
You should have a mining software . And its better to mine than to participating in signature campaign.

I guess for now mining is not good enough since you must pay the electricity and I dont think you can cover all of the cost of electricity becuse that mining is cost so much and the payout for solved 1 blocks is not enough so better to do signature campaign that give a good payment. You wont lose anything with participate in signature campaign

better to mine? i don't think so, here everyone is saying that signature is the best and you say the contrary? profitable mining in general (even altcoin yes, few exception here and there won't make it still alive), is dead and buried

if you want to profit from mining you need to go big and join a pool nowadays

But nowadays mining is not a good option to make since the payout is not really good and there are so many scam sites out there that makes you to think twice to make mining. The best profitable option is just do signature campaign, they are the best about giving bitcoin  Grin

There is a big difference. Forex trade s dependent on market fundamentals and good/bad news. With crypto, this is not the case.

For example, this 21 news about adding mining capabilities to phone and household appliances s probably the biggest BTC news in the last 30 days, yet, the market has not moved, in fact it has declined a bit.
BTC trading is still run by pumpers and large whales.

could not agree with you more (although assuming circle 21 can do whatever it is they want (still confused on that) ....how can you do it without the 'Internet of things' already being in existence is beyond me ....everything would have to already be Internet connected...imho and  would already have to be talking to everyone else for the circle 21 project to work imho......and it would still be a long haul in that

unless these guys have a memo of $5000 usd btc coin coming up in the next few months I just can't see how this dodo can fly.....just saying ..from the info I have so far...

there are some ways ...like joinig a signature campaing...or buy and sell high rank accounts well these type of thinks are quite safer than trying new riskfull sites in the internet.i will like to do this often but you can try this if you want to earn btc

Yeah I would prefer the same

There are many websites that pays you a small amount of bitcoins by just watching an ad on their website but it is too time consuming. So it is better to join some good signature campaign as it is the best and the safest way to earn bitcoins rather then taking any risks over the internet
