Oh well, similar like who's want to be a millionaire movie where the participant take more risk in order to win big amount of money.

Obviously predicting 7 matches is really hard, but if you were cash out your winning when you've correctly guess the 5 matches, I'm pretty sure you would regret because you must be want to make more. This would be make more bad if you try to predict the other two games in your mind and your prediction are correct.

My mistake was adding a new game to the betting slip I had already prepared and that new game was the one that stopped the winning. This is annoying but we can't keep blaming ourselves because it could have gone either way and if it favours our prediction that means a higher potential than what it was.

For this reason,I having decided that when ever I have an opportunity to cash out again,I will always go for it,instead of thinking that I can win all the money.

Cash out is a very good opportunity to win in sports betting especially football. I believe 5 years back the system had not been introduced and that caused many bettors losses and I also noticed that more people are betting now because of one or two advantages on the side of the gambler like cash out and betting while the game had already started. We should learn to take that kind of opportunity to cash when it present itself.

So my question is this,as a gambler what mistake have you made when gambling that prevented you from winning big.
Let's discuss.

One of my greatest mistake on gambling especially when I already have a huge profit is when I chase small loss from throwaway bets that reslt to disaster of lossing all my profit including my bankroll. Betting recklessly is very easy when you are already in profit compared when you are still on the process of getting profit because you consider your money as disposable since you only just earn it and not part of your original bankroll.

This way you can easily bet higher than your normal bets just to chase loss. I'm always experiencing this scenario until now even though I'm very aware on this particular mistakes of mine. My human nature of committing errors despite that I know what's right keeps haunting on my gambling.

As a gambler,I know that we have done so many mistakes in the pass base on our bets and wrong strategy or calculations that we have done which led to losing the game that was suppose to make you win big. I want to use myself as an example,I love sportbet and I bet more on it. Last months I placed my bet on 7 games that was to be played for two days. When the 5th game was played, all matches came out as predicted and I was called by the casino,to offer me a cash out of $200 in my local currency and I refused it because if the other two games was played and the I got the predictions right. I will win $1200,so I turned the offer down. The painful part of it was that the two games were to kick off on the same time, and after the games,my prediction for the two games was wrong. I felt so bad because I allowed greed to control my emotion. For this reason,I having decided that when ever I have an opportunity to cash out again,I will always go for it,instead of thinking that I can win all the money.
So my question is this,as a gambler what mistake have you made when gambling that prevented you from winning big.

If will the defeat the purpose of you betting on the game if you decided to cash out early. So in essence, it might not be gambling anymore if you don't take that risk. So I don't see anything wrong with your move, for me, you made the right decision and you should stand by it.

Otherwise, you will have regrets and again, it might not be good for you in the long run. Just move on the next day and bet and then see how it goes for you. Don't be bothered by it, just live another day.

Are you doing a parlay bet?
If it's more than 5x matches then it will be harder to win, but the profit will be doubled.

I have experienced this where I did not cash out after the casino offered a few dollars, but I was not satisfied with the results so the parlay continued until the final match.

Even though I lost, I honestly regretted not cashing out halfway through, but it was an act of greed because I wasn't satisfied if I didn't see all the other parlay bets.

It's part of the game, you'll also have a feeling of missing out on something if you decide to cashout and not continue so it's better to risk and see what's going to be, this is why you should allocate money that you can lose and have fun and enjoy it because regardless of the outcome the most important thing is you enjoy the game, that's the goal of the platform as entertainment portal and that's what casino wants you to feel.
There will be an element of greed when you're gambling because we are only human but win or lose you must accept the result and do not blame yourself for every bad decision you made in gambling.
To not cashout is not greedy to me. Gambling is luck. To cash out $200 or to win 1200, that is small. Cash out is done by the gambling sites in a way it would discourage a gambler to go for it. But if all the games have been won but remaining one, I think the cash out supposed to be more than that in amount.

I am not specific in gambling, I only play slot games and some sportsbet when I need entertainment. It didn't take much money for the stakes, but some greed would have screwed things up.
That is just it. If you do not stake too much but stake what you can afford to lose, you will not think about losses. It is possible that any match can make a gambler to lose. It may just be only one game that make the gambler to lose. That is just sport gambling.

Some people will say that they can make some prediction accurately, but that is not true. Any club can win any club at anytime. Gambling is gambling and it is very risky.

Yes sometimes it is better to cashout which is the same option as what your local casino offered you,the online casinos, the reputable ones have a cashout option in every sport bet ticket we place and depending on the outcomes of the games this button can be active or inactive in certain moments, for example when the results changes.I have been careful enough to withdraw the money as soon as I saw that I was near my target amount, for example I had placed 25 dollar parlays with 5 games and when three come as expected I see the payout increased near the full amount I immediately withdraw, greed is always bad for everything we do and especially in gambling.

Sometímes being greedy do pay off.

I have missed out on many wins and some of them were because of greed, I remember a time I participated in a predictions contest where you have to guess the exact score of a match and in this competition you're allowed to predict for as many matches as you can and the more you predict the higher your wins are. And the minimum was predict three games score.

I thought of giving it a try since I'm not involving my money and at first I predicted for 5 games but when I Saw that my payout was still growing the more I predicted I kept it going and did a total of 9 and when I checked the result the first six predictions were correct but the last ones cut my game, and it's not like a bookie were I can cash out my games before the result cut the game. I did lose a pretty amount of money due to that mistake and also learned from it.

When you are offered by the casino to let go of the match by paying $ 200 and it turns out that your guess was wrong. it will be a mistake that makes you feel like a failure in this gambling. But the decision was fair enough because both games are at the same time and you can't choose between them. It's a 50:50 decision so you don't have to get too emotional. you might be able to get a win next time with a few more matches. the important thing is that you believe in the chosen team.

So my question is this,as a gambler what mistake have you made when gambling that prevented you from winning big.
Let's discuss.

On your example, You failed to indicate how much you bet and what’s the multiplier that you use so that we can determine what’s the intensity of your missed opportunity that time for the sake of discussion.

I think most mistake of gamblers including me is same like yours. Failed to take profit when we have the opportunity instead we continue to play to earn more which result to lose. In your case that you are playing in parlay, I think waiting for the last 2 game is not bad decision since the return is high for just a few match left. You are just in bad luck for the result to not go your way.

Don't consider it like it prevented you from winning big. In fact, you aim big, it's just that you bet on the wrong team. If you won, it would have been bigger than that $200 you regretted.
There is always next time and maybe some sports tips may work.

I did have some regrets about Sportsbet as well, especially in the MMA sports. Wrong analysis most of the time. This is what happens when a bettor is uninformed about the ones they put their money on.

Betting on Sportbet or playing in games based on luck makes no difference what the casino offers. For example playing in a casino game luck gives us big wins but ambition drives us to keep betting bigger (even though ideally we can get out of the casino and take those wins well).

With your case, the difference is that the casino offers are made directly, while the winning offers in the game of luck that I received are offered indirectly.

So far, common mistakes like the one above must have been experienced by all gamblers of any type because they involve the ambition to achieve bigger wins.

If it is sport, refer the gambling site as bookie or bookmaker. If they offer both sport and casino games, you can refer to the site as bookie or bookmaker too because you are referring to sport. If you are referring to casino games, then you can use casino. Or better use gambling site to generalize it.

Has a friend of yours tells you that why it would be just one match and it is the match that make him lost. I have friends that have told me that several times and it is happening to me too.

The one that was very painful for me was when I accumulated more than 10 odds with 8 matches. All matches played that day except one which is Sao Paulo versus another club in Seria A (Brazil). I have forgotten the second club but it was a small club to Sao Paulo at the time. It has the smallest odds which is 1.01 odds or so for over 0.5. No goal scored in the match and I lost the match.

There has been many like that which I have lost. But that is just gambling. As for me, I do not cash out, I prefer all the match to be played. Even while gambling on in-play matches, I may prefer to stop watching the match rather than to cash out. After the match has been played finish, I will check the score.

Oh man, that thing happens with all gamblers because the greed is a very powerful emotions that make us to suffer a lot in life. Most of the gamblers does the same thing when they fall into the trap of the greed because their logical mind will stop functioning when it falls into the control of the greed. If you had control over your greed then you would never lose anything at all.

The thing that prevented me from winning big was also greed because that emotions is very powerful that having control over it mostly in gambling is close to impossible. I also made many mistakes in gambling due to my greed, and some of those mistakes caused me huge losses as a result.
