App profit goes to the app owner. In this case, he owns his own app, so he would be the one getting the 50% of HE for his bets done there.

the app/game has an HE of 1% the app owner gets 50% of the 1% HE of the wager

if an app owner wagers at his own app he gets the 50% of the 1% HE of the wagered amount but he does not get back 50% if he loses. he wins 100% or loses 100% of his wager

an app owner who is also a player at his own app is profit and loss wise the same as any other player who does not own an app
