I would love to see Marquez back for next year at Honda and winning races again,he is the rider with the most bad luck from the ones alive as I am not talking about Simoncelli which died on the track and is the unluckiest from all other riders in history.

There isn't much to see at MotoGP races. I only had time to see the footage of Lorenzo I mean Quartararo and Nakagami's accident. Was it Marquez's first race after the injury? If he returns, he will make the competition even harder. But if you look at the piece, it looks like Marquez did close, so he wouldn't be passed. But indeed, Marquez has such a style of racing. In some of the races he has gone through, he has also often harmed other drivers. I'm just worried about Nakagami and Lorenzo getting seriously injured. But that doesn't seem to be the case.

Congratulations to Factory Ducati for winning constructors in MotoGP this season again. And this is not surprising or surprising at all because besides Ducati motorcycles are the bikes that are most in demand by independent teams on the MotoGP grid. Ducati is also a bike with a lot of power so it can always get more points through some of their flagship riders who are experienced and also proven to be very good.

So Ducati winning the manufacturers' championship is by no means surprising, they have the most bikes in the field and with Gresini they are at the state of the art in terms of models, supposedly even the same engine as the factory team.

For the constructors' title it will be a close race between Aprilia and Ducati, but Ducati will probably have the edge there. Next year it will be very difficult to catch up with the Ducati factory team with Bagnaia and Bastianini in one team, which will be very difficult for the other teams. I still give Aprilia a chance next year, Vinales has consolidated himself and Aleix is in TOP form at the moment and hopefully next year.

What you just described is beautiful for MotoGP but very sad for me which I am used at least some years ago when I was a loyal follower of MotoGP when legends were riding these bikes,at that time only Honda and Yamaha dominated the sport. It looks like a lot has changed here and from a fan point of view this is good,we don't need to see always the same teams winning.I would love to see Marquez back for next year at Honda and winning races again,he is the rider with the most bad luck from the ones alive as I am not talking about Simoncelli which died on the track and is the unluckiest from all other riders in history.

It's the Singapore GP this weekend guys...  With no EPL football and no UFC, all focus by the degens will be on F1.  Too bad there's usually aren't any spots to bet on in F1.  Lines are so sharp and outcomes are a tad unpredictable and not worth it given the odds.

Anyway, here's the schedule of the event.

2022 F1 Singapore GP Schedule

Track:  Marina Bay Street Circuit, Marina Bay, Singapore

Practice 1:  Friday September 30, 2022, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Practice 2:  Friday September 30, 2022, 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Practice 3:  Saturday October 1, 2022, 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Qualifying:  Saturday October 1, 2022, 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Race:  Sunday October 2, 2022, 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM

^  That's Vettel's favorite track btw..  He's at 1000 to win.  Cheesy

Actually this is great news for Gasly if he is really likely to start racing for Alpine as of next season. Because Alpine are in a much better condition than AlphaTauri now. Of course I also agree that the condition of the teams changes very sharply from now on. We are in a new era in F1 from now on and we started seeing even unexpected teams having much a better season. It is hard to predict how strong Alpine and AlphaTauri will be next time. But for now there is a huge gap between their cars.

Gasly and Ocon both are very ambitious drivers. I wonder how fierce they would compete with each other. Ocon is a driver who doesn't back down easily even against his teammates. He has made difficulties for Alonso many times so far. I don't even know which one of them would be the main driver of the team. Both of them are skilled young drivers. Maybe they would like to leave them alone to show their skills for some time and then make a decision about it.
I feel like Ocon and Gasly will end up not really fighting each other but fight together. Normally we know there has been a lot of number one driver and number two driver on teams, but in this case it could be equal drivers, and nobody would be given a better car part, or at least looks like it could happen. They do not have a clear better driver, so the best thing to do would be making sure that they are doing fine with each other, if they have that type of chemistry then it should be fine.

I feel like the best thing to do would be waiting for the car to improve, because they do not have a good car yet, if they can get that, these two could bring them a lot of points.

Congratulations to Bastianini on the great victory. I congratulate Pecco for not risking an accident to regain first place. He showed great maturity. Had he crashed he wouldn't have points and it would have been worse for him. Consistency is perhaps more important than a one time victory. Pecco has been on the next level these past few races. He absolutely deserves to win the world championship. I'm glad Fabio and Nakagami were unharmed after the accident. That's the good thing.
If Bagnaian won in yesterday's Aragon race, then it would not be a one-time win, but a fifth win in a row or his seventh win this season because so far Bagnaia has got six wins with four in a row. But he (Bagnaia) was not so determined to get a win at Aragon when he was overtaken by Bastianini because it was still better to take a very wise move by securing his second place to bring home the points to stay competitive for the world title this season.

And as for Fabio Quartararo and Nakagami, actually they both suffered minor injuries from the incident, it's just that they weren't injured or injured more seriously.

A bad day for Fabio Quartararo and a very profitable day for Bagnaia, now the competition between Fabio and Bagnaia to fight over the world title is increasingly fierce, both of them are now only 10 points adrift.

And for the race at the Motegi Twin Ring Circuit in Japan, of course it will be very difficult for Fabio Quartararo because there are many straight tracks here and are very beneficial for Bagnaia who rides a Ducati motorbike.

Yes it was a very good and safe race for Bagnaia he has not risked everything for the last 5 points, the 20 points are more important than 5 wins in a row, and not to forget Aleix is also still in the front of the title fight, think about the mistake at Barcelona who he think one round before he is finished🤦, so 3 manufacturers for the world championship in the last 5 races.

Japan will be interesting, there are many straights what the Ducatis comes to good but also for Fabio with the hard braking zones comes to good the Yamaha. Since the best means thing will be the Aprilia 🤔

I also think that Tsunoda had 2 years to show his talent which up until now he hasn't.Gasly has not been brilliant either and it looks like his fault but also the car has been not performing as well as the last couple of years.Nyck De Vries really made a great race in his first ever race F1 in his career and most probably this has caught a couple of eyes with Alpine being at the forefront of getting him.I don't know if Albon will race this upcoming race, most likely he is but I would have loved to see another race to be given to De Vries because the Monza track favored a top speed which Williams is not lacking so far.

Gasly are in a much worse condition compared to the previous season indeed. He got 110 points and finished the season in top 10 then. But now while there are a few races left he has only 22 points. I agree that he has also been out-of-form but the car has stayed weak compared to the other teams at the same time. AlphaTauri couldn't update the car as much as the expected level. Maybe he would be more effective than this when he goes to Alpine.

As for Albon's condition, the source below says that Albon is targeting to be ready for the next race completely. de Vries might not have another chance in Williams seat I'm afraid. But his talent is already well-known and he got even a chance to race in one race in F1 at least. He has a good advantage as a result.

As we all can see we do not expect them to be good right away, but look at Haas, they were bottom team until this year, always finishing 19th and 20th, and this year they got some points, nobody knows which team could get better eventually.

Haas have been the most surprising team of the season indeed. They finished last season without points but now they are ahead of three teams with 34 points. But let's see if they will be able to keep this up next season also. If they have money issues then they might return to the point where they started. Günther Steiner even thought of selling the team some time ago but didn't do it. He needs his drivers to cost them as small as possible in the remaining races by having clean races.

This race was a great one and it greatly enhanced the chances for the top three riders to have equal chances to win the MotoGP this season.Unlike in F1 where the Championship is over here there is great drama going on.I think though that still Quartararo was unlucky and among the top 4 riders fighting he is the best in my personal opinion.Even Pecco is not bad and if he shows the same maturity in every remaining race then chances are extremely high for him too.I think Bastianini needs more luck than the other two riders for him to make it a dream come true to win the title.

The number of points for both (Fabio Quartararo and Bagnaia) is indeed very close because in yesterday's race Fabio Quartararo did not get a single point due to an incident he did not want. And obviously it was very painful for Fabio Quartararo because he couldn't hold Bagnaia in terms of getting more points in every race.

At Motegi I can't predict how it will turn out because last year Dorna at that time canceled the Motegi race and replaced it with a MotoGP race in the American series.
You can read about it in this Resource. Likewise in 2020, where there was no race at Motegi because it was disrupted by the pandemic, so the statistical data that can be seen is the data in 2019.

Yesterday was a very bitter day for Fabio and for us fans nothing better can happen (good that nothing serious happened to Fabio) than this result yesterday.

It was really bittersweet for Fabio Quartararo because the incident made him have to go home without bringing any points. So he has to try harder and better in the next race which will be held this weekend in Asia, to be precise at Twin Ring Motegi Japan. Hopefully there will be no more adverse events there because Motegi is a very beautiful circuit and also has a straight road which is the mainstay of the Ducati motorcycle.

The most important thing for Bagnaia and Aleix today is to get through after the crash from Fabio, it is not so important whether first or third, getting through is the most important thing. For us spectators there is nothing more exciting than when the first 3 in the world championship are very close together.

They are very close indeed, I may watch the end of the season,  Grin.
We now have 3 drivers in 16 points.

Time for Ducati to shine  Smiley

Bagnaia will have one smiling eye and one crying eye, 20 points gained but also 5 points lost somehow, unlike Bagnaia Bastianini can risk everything as he can only theoretically fight for the world championship. I'm also happy for Aleix, as you wrote there is only 16 points difference between the first 3.

Ducati clearly has the better cards at the end of the season, they are on the rise.

There are new rumours regarding Nyck de Vries and Pierre Gasly.

After being in talks with a couple of teams it looks like Nyck de Vries is close to sign for AlphaTauri now. He is expected to replace Gasly in this case which is even more interesting. Because I wasn't expecting Gasly to be out of Red Bull programme completely. I thought that he would fight for a seat at Red Bull again. In addition, Gasly is the biggest candidate to have the available seat at Alpine in case AlphaTauri announce Nyck de Vries officially. Honestly I would rather replace Tsunoda instead of Gasly. Because I don't think that he has a bigger talent than Gasly. Gasly has been more successful than him in this season also.
When you have a team that is fighting for the middle spots, like be 4-5-6th spot, then you need younger drivers with the hope that you could build a better team in the future. Meaning, if Gasly was still there, AT would have hard time building around him, because by the time they have a good car he would be too old to keep dominating for a long time.

On the other hand when they get Nick, they are going to hope that in 3-5 years they will have a great car, and their driver could win many titles with it. As we all can see we do not expect them to be good right away, but look at Haas, they were bottom team until this year, always finishing 19th and 20th, and this year they got some points, nobody knows which team could get better eventually.

Ducati has been consistent on his previous performances. I hope that he could maintain the same speed or even exceed it for him to beat his own record. I could also smell a good victory for Ducati tomorrow. It will be another challenging day yet he already has an edge for sure. He deserves another win this time.
The victory was indeed achieved by Ducati today but not from the factory team, but from the Gresini Racing satellite team with rider Enea Bastianini. I just finished watching the race just now and congratulations to Enea Bastianini for winning the race in Aragon today.

And what is very unfortunate for the three riders today also happened to Marc Marquez whose bike looks slow and less stable so Fabio Quartararo touched Marc Marquez's motorbike until he fell. Likewise with Takaki Nakagami who also fell after touching Marc Marquez's motorbike which looked slow on the straight track.
