It was a very good day for Ferrari actually. I'm saying this despite the big problem Sainz had with his car while he was almost getting past Verstappen. I really don't know what went wrong but I'm grateful that Sainz didn't get injured after that fire. Leclerc was almost going to have a problem also as there was some issue with his throttle pedal. But he made it to the end as the leader even though the gap was very close in last lap. Leclerc fully deserved this victory as he was faster than Verstappen in this race.

We will see what the problem of Sainz was, the update worked so beautifully on Haas, they could fight Mercedes!

I don't know when they want to implement Ferrari.

I am so pained. Sainz would have been on the podium with Leclerc and Max had his engine not gone up in flames in lap 57. On the other hand, I am delighted for Leclerc to see him win again. By all means Ferrari has to do something quickly about the reliability of their car. It is of paramount importance. There would have been two Ferraris on the podium.

Poor Sainz was devastated. He could've finished second but engine failed. Leclerc deserved to win the race. It's not a bad race for Verstappen but Leclerc was better. Perez also couldn't finish the race after collision with Russell. Good day for Mercedes as they got third and fourth place. It was another race for both Ferrari and RB Racing to not finish with both pilots. I believe Leclerc will be better after every race, he get used to first place. That was his fifth win total and third win this season.
Mick Schumacher was the racer of the day and he well deserved it. His second points this season and best place by finishing sixth.

The race started smoothly. Leclerc didn't let Verstappen catch up after the first laps and stuck with his opponent by keeping track. However, the race was a huge disappointment and his engine failed for Carlos Sainz. At the end of the day, Leclerc shot Red Bull at home. Leclerc had his fifth career victory. Congratulations.

That was another crazy game today. I am a fan of Verstappen, but it's nice that LeClerc has won again that Verstappen has finished below, so that we can get some tension in the battle for the world championship. It seemed for a while that Verstappen would again become world champion without any problems. Or yes, this season without any problems. Bizarre also that there was a fire in Ferrari's car. Sainz can get away with it, for the same money things explode with all the consequences if you are unlucky.

I dont know that coinlocket$, yes HAAS seems really fast.

The main problem is, are this new engines reliable? BEcause i think Ferrari its in serious troubles if they dont fix that.

it was easily a 1-2 for Ferrari but sadly Sainz got some problems.


Have you seen the Haas? they were using the new version of the Ferrari Hybrid engine and they were so fast! Ferrari will use it soon aswell

Ferrari had the fastest car this weekend, but Ferrari should still think about reliability. The one Ferrari burned out and Leclerc also had problems with the gas pedal at the end, a few more laps and Leclerc probably wouldn't won.

Happy for Leclerc and so sad for Sainz.  It would've def been a Ferrari 1 - 2 if not for the power unit blow up of Sainz's car.  But it seem like something clicked with the Ferrari cars this race.  They had the pace and the pits were well timed.  Over all still a good result.  I can't wait for the next one and see how Red Bull reacts.

A couple more result like this for Ferrari and it's going to be another great season.

Ferrari totally deserved the win today.However the reliability issue with Sainz which had a big engine failure which took on a serious fire and the last laps of Leclerc with problems in both the gas pedal and the shifting shows that Ferrari still got a couple of reliability problems to solve.For Redbull race I think they will be quite happy in managing to minimize damage to the maximum possible extent after managing to get the 2nd place with Verstappen and also the fastest lap of the race,so in total they just lost 6 points compared to Leclerc,and although Leclerc won the race he is still considerably behind in points compared to Verstapped,nevertheless good to see Ferrari winning back.

Today it looks like the Ferrari is faster than RedBull, Perez had again some bad luck with the collision. But so it remains an exciting race, also was the overtaking maneuver of Leclerc against Verstappen very beautiful and courageous.

RedBull has immediately tried a new strategy, wait and see if that was a good idea.

Yes that was the case and Ferrari did the maximum yesterday to overtake Verstappen both Leclerc at the beginning,and Sainz soon after,but the fight between the two Ferraris made it very easy for Verstappen to go away and easy manage the race,however that was the max capability for the Ferraris and that is sad for all the fans as it looks like Redbull will win again and move further.Only the pit stop strategy can make Ferrari win and they should aim for it,however this will be difficult as Perez is starting fifth right behind their tail and he is a very good collaborative driver for the team.

Ferrari didn't do itself any favors in the sprint race when Leclerc and Sainz fought hard for second place, allowing Verstappen to win without any danger. Also a very good race from Perez who has improved by many places, so he has a good starting position for today. The weather today could guarantee an exciting race because it could rain at any time.

It was a good sprint race. Verstappen won another one and as far as I know the number of victories in sprint races has increased to three for him. Him and Bottas are the only winners of sprint races so far. By the way the mistake Alpine made on Alonso's car was really hilarious. How did they forget such a thing? Anyway the driver of the day was Perez for sure after so many overtakes.

Not bad sprint race after all. As I said after qualifying, Perez is going gain most positions and it happened. Solid performance from him. Schumacher defending from Hamilton was great thing to watch. It's a bit sad that Mick didn't managed to keep Lewis behind until the end and get 1 point. Ferrari fighting each other let Verstappen to win sprint comfortable. But Ferrari should decide whether to prioritise Leclerc or let Sainz to fight with him.

It is definitely a shocking scene to see Ferrari racers going at each other. I mean not saying that you should leave it, but when the number one driver and number two driver are not clearly notified who they are, this is going to happen. Like Bottas knew Hamilton was number one, it was obvious to everyone, and Perez knows Verstappen is number one, no doubt about that at all. But, when it comes to this?

Ferrari still doesn't know who is number one. We see Charles as number one for sure, but Sainz finished better just last season, really not that weird for him to think he is better. Hell even Mclaren made it clear with their car improvements on who is number one.

In this sprint race I liked Sergio Perez the most honestly. Because he gained eight places which was really incredible to see. He made up for his punishment very well. The first laps of the sprint race was good too because we watched a really nice rivalry between Sainz and Leclerc. Sainz seemed faster but Leclerc defended him very well until Sainz gave up on attacking. Verstappen led the race easily to the end. However the race might be a little more different if Leclerc saved his real power for the race tomorrow. Verstappen is still the favourite to win the race of course.

Good recovery from Perez, still impressive how good is Redbull with DRS.

In comparison, Hamilton got a log of problems overtaking Schumacher.
