Good to know we are going to watch a race of MotoGp,I thought this to be a boring weekend without F1 and for me without F1 any weekend is a boring one yet with a MotoGp race I can call this one a less boring weekend. In fact during this season I have not seen a single race of MotoGP and I would love to watch Marquez in that Ducatti and see how he is doing. If he crashed while leading the race, that can be called unexpected yet a crash in a motorbike race is never unexpected for me,even more when you are used to push like crazy like Marquez did when he was at Honda.Let's hope the race of tomorrow will be better than the Sprint and we will see more action.
The action shown by Marquez today was extraordinary even though he couldn't win because Bagnaia was too strong in the final laps of the race even though previously Marquez had often set the best time in his laps. But what was very unfortunate today was that Jorge Martin fell at the sixth corner with 15 laps left in the race and he fell while leading the race today so he had to go home with no points. And as a result of this, now the point gap between Jorge Martin and Bagnaia has become just 17 points in the provisional standings.
Marquez did the same mistake as what he did in Amerika 2 weeks ago, crashed when he was leading but lucky him today that he could finish.
Hope he wont do it again tomorow in the main race as I want to watch great competition between Jorge Martin, Marquez, Pecco and Acosta.
So many crashes today in the sprint race which is something surprising, again I hope there wont be too many crashes tomorrow.
With the result today, Jorge Martin add 12 points in the standing and he is leading with 29 points now to the 2nd position Pedro Acosta.
Marquez remains in the 7th position with 39 points, 53 points behind Jorge Martin (92).
What you expected happened today, although the battle that was presented was between Jorge Martin, Marquez and Pecco Bagnaia before Jorge Martin fell at the sixth corner. However, after Jorge Martin fell at the sixth corner with fifteen laps left in the race, the battle was only seen between Marquez and Bagnaia until the finish flag was raised.
I think the majority of the news that I read agree that the main culprit is the track condition[1]. Basically, the track is not completely dry so it is very easy to slip, not to mention if they use dry tires. Some riders went as far as complaining that the race should be stopped and restarted until the track condition improve, but it sounds like the track organizer feels that some cleaning is good enough to solve the issue. Turns out they need more than that. CMIIW.

https://www.the-race.com/motogp/what-caused-motogps-shocking-15-crash-jerez-sprint/I don't need to correct what you said because it is based on the news you read, but I said something in the post above that was only based on what I watched on TV and didn't read the news because after the Sprint Race finished there was no news whatsoever. So I also agree with what is written in the news because viewers of live broadcasts on TV also don't know what caused the crash if they don't read the news. So I don't need to correct what you said anymore because I prefer watching live on TV before reading the news.
