2017 Spanish Grand Prix | F1 Fast Facts

Towards the end it pointed out that 'Verstappen became the 10th different winner in the last 10 years in Spain'.  That's an interesting statistic because there's a chance that there could be an 11th.  And the only names I don't see there are Bottas and Ricciardo who are valued at 4.50 and 23.00 respectively.

The Spanish grand prix might be Mercedes' race. They still have the engine power advantage and if they start pushing hard, Lewis and Valtteri has shown that they are quick enough at qualifying and at the race. The Ferrari is also quick but not very dominating.

Who will win the F1 GP of Spain?

Hamilton     @2.50
Vettel          @2.60
Bottas         @4.50
Raikkonen  @14.00
Verstappen @19.00
Ricciardo    @20.00
Massa       @250.00
Perez        @250.00

Slightly favored Hamilton on Vettel.
Interestingly, Raikkonen at [email protected], he came second place last year with a less powerful car than this year

After some time we have formula1 again my prediction is win on Ferrari for first race. Maybe RB can make surprise but hard to accomplish but with some good tactics this can happen.

Finally the two week wait is over and we're back with an F1 weekend!  This is the part of the season where it all starts to become more interesting.  Basically it's the start of the European leg and, let's face it, the wins are more prestigous.

Will the Red Bulls finally close the gap with the Ferraris with their latest upgrades?  And what of Hamilton?  I hope we see him rejuvenated and ready to win races again.

It would be sure interesting for competition to see them do something 3 team in battle for win is more interesting then 2 of them fighting for win.
Somehow i have anticipated that Williams will do something with Mercedes engines but it only disappointing so far.

Let see how will first race in Europe will end up.

It is good to see Pedrosa back when everyone had forgot about him. A good performance which maybe will make the gap wider regarding who will win the MotoGP 2017 Championship and the odds to bet on the four main drivers a bit better for us bettors. It was a beautiful race to watch as is the case almost always in Moto GP where overtaking is possible in every single track, much different than Formula 1. That is why I like more MotoGP comparing to F1.

What a disaster for Yamaha factory team very poor tire choice for Rossi, and then he barely kept leading in championship he almost end up 11. As I said in my previous post watch out for Lorenzo he really done his good job on this track. In the end we have 3 Spanish drivers on podium this was and will remain to be Spanish track.

Yeah, yesterday was a disastrous gp for yamaha. The next race in Le Mans has a track similar to Jerez. Yamaha has to solve its problems as soon as possible.

The only consolation for Valentino Rossi is to be the first in the standings:

1) Rossi        62     gap
2) Vinales     60      -2
3) Marquez   58      -4
4) Pedrosa    52     -10
5) Dovizioso  41     -21
6) Zarco        35    -27
7) Crutchlow  29    -33
7) Folger       29    -33
9) Lorenzo     28    -34
10) Petrucci   26     -36
10) Redding   26     -36

i think four rider same chance to world champhionship this season
rossi, vinales, marques and pedrosa, but big chance still marques

Odds for winner :
- Marquez 2.34
- Dani Pedrosa 3.1
- Vinales 4.6
- Rossi 8
- Crutchlow 13
- Lorenzo 21

Nice odds for marquez, but I will take a risk to bet small amount on Rossi @8 and bigger amount on Marquez. Hope one of them win the race, but if others win it so I lose all my bets lol.

This track is usually good for Spanish drivers im thinking that someone from then will win but i would not underestimate yamaha duo in this race maybe old man Rossi can win.
If he already participated in the races on this track It's a victory in his hands. Only beginners feel uncomfortable on the new routes.

Still we can debate all day and night history is that this is still Spanish track and more Spanish drivers won here, so i expect that some of the win here tomorrow as well.
Dont want to say that i wont be pleased if someone else win is would be good but from championship perspective image this scenario that Lorenzo wins on Ducati here, what would be then.

I was thinking on this and know that its almost impossible but it will make championship little more interesting if Lorenzo take win on Ducati.

This is still practice times, but as i mentioned above Lorenzo might surprise us all, he really loves this track.
Will see after tomorrows qualifying session how will it be on the starting grid.
Expect to be hell of the race in Sunday.

There is an opinion that not all applicants can qualify, How do you think with what it may be related?
