Hello you guys Smiley

Just to let you know that :
I looked at : "Sign in with your MtGox account to see your wallet(s) balance."
I have transfered 500€ on Fev. 18th to MtGox Poland account
and it has NOT been credited on my account...

What should I do. Where is the money, why did not they return it...

Deeply thank.

i have 160 fcking coin there , and it delays damn:D
sucks but there were an overwhelming number of warning signs that should have pushed you to withdraw all of your coins.
Also, what happened to the people selling "large" gox accts for a fraction of the price.  1000 coins for only 1.5 coins now.  suddenly these threads have been closed.  I'd like to punch those scammers in the face.
I hope it all gets sorted out quickly for you.

The balance for me is not correct.
Well the BTC and EUR are correct, but the amount of EURO that was "in SEPA withdrawl" is not mentioned.
For me BTC and EURO on account were approx zero, but the amount in transfer was still large.

That is what others are reporting also. They didn't show pending transfers before either when they were in business.

So overall they show that accounts are accurate, so I don't think that you should worry.

I refuse to kid my self into thinking that this is what they are planning. But they sure are hinting that way. Could still be stall tactics to stretch peoples patience further instead of joining law suits.
That's quite possible.

Despite the noise from  three law firms filing lawsuits in irrelevant jurisdictions, nobody seems to be representing Mt. Gox creditors in the bankruptcy court in Tokyo. That allows Karpeles to continue controlling the company.

I think there was at least one Japanese customer that sought own legal representation, and has been iffy to update us, about Japanese law and what the papers in Tokyo wrote. I'm quite sure that especially after they announced today that the claim process will be advertised on mtgox.com that they are true about it.

So I think we are getting the info. Remember Gox being international, cannot just announce launch of their claimant process in a Japanese paper.

They will never come back. Who ever would use their "service"? Only brain-dead people could be that crazy.
BTW: Nice, I can log into my account and see my balance of 1.2 BTC - great. But I want it back.  Roll Eyes

There is no shortage of brain-dead people here.

An the Bitcoin ticker: live/mtgox was up Friday (no trades going on) but orderbook there, hmm...

They are keeping systems operational, computers are not impounded in a police basement .

Looks like mtgox site info doesn't have fiat that was in queue for withdrawal.

That was never showed in the account balance.

Same report for me, the site is legit, it correctly accepts your credentials and correctly shows your account balance.

2FA has been disabled, though.

BTW, there is no malware on that site (as someone was suspecting).

So what about the pending withdraws, are they going to be "satisfied", given that they do not show up into a mtgox.com?

I don't think so, so this is another "mistake" by mtgox.com...

Well it is delayed for good. At least people can check what did they lose after Mt.gox "allows" account access

MtGox login and balance alright here too. Means nothing, but it s way better to see the correct amounts than the nothing it had there before.

BTW if and when MtGox (even partially) recovers, maybe we ll see 2 moments:
- BTC going down caused by some desperate stolen or "stolen" BTC sales; followed by
- BTC going up, back to normal exchanges, whole market, operations. (Goax itself... hmm, no ;-)
