When I got into crypto, I went in with only one goal in mind, just to make enough money to buy a house. If I got rich doing it, that would be great, but a lot of people in the Bitcoin game are truly delusional and all think it is a guaranteed path to obscene riches. There is no guarantee even Bitcoin will be successful. All those people who bought Bitcoin for pennies on the cheap, i'm saying it now, you are LUCKY, it wasn't a game of skill and you really didn't take a huge risk considering how cheap it was at one point, you got lucky because nothing is guaranteed in life. If you are wealthy you should be blessed with what you have, but I see so many guys like the mods and famed trollboxers at BTC-E for example bragging about what lambo or Benz they will be buying next year and acting like they are kings of finance while talking sh-t about new coins, I guarantee you they were all geeks 4 years ago sitting in their parents basement playing Warcraft.
This is why I support Mazacoin, Harris is not going out there claiming he will make his tribe stinking rich but to help pull them out of poverty, a very noble cause in my book.

Anyone selling now is making a huge mistake.
Go back and read the aurora thread - don't make the same mistake. Even coins like that with anon owners and little hype can shoot to 84$, you think a coin covered by the verge won't hit at least 1$? Bitch please.

Man, I see very many newcomers here. It is a typical mistake - newcomer sees new coin with hype that is beginning around it. He buys it, then sees that price dropped 2x-5x, panics, sells, sees price rising, kicking himself in the ass. I've bought it at 100, 180 and 200 and is still calm and rather confident that its value will rise a lot
edit: I'm also 'near newcomer' (<1 year in the community), and I remember such errors
Whales are the masters of manipulators and instilling fear.
Put in a low buy order...market panics...sells cheap into the whales...and the market swiftly rebounds. Like clockwork doe.
I'm tired of playing this game. It's so obvious history is going to repeat itself, this will reach at least 100 mil market cap in the coming months.
Always some rich player that can make a few thousand dollars easily.

Look at the facts.....
Was aurora in RT or Verge? Didn't it hit 84$? With...with little to no news coverage? Yes. Yes it did.
You look at the facts.
AUR made $84 because of the false figures on coinmarketcap, which is a major source of info for crypto, so likely more influential than even RT. It was also connected to a country some of us had heard of.
What price is AUR at now? The figure escapes me.
Coinmarketcap is more influential than RT? HAHAHAHAHA. Yeah, a crypto market chart that gets 5k traffic a month will propel a coin higher than a global news source covering it. Do you even think before you post?
What price it is now is irrelevant, the fact of the matter is it was at around 80$ per coin for several days which is more than enough time to sell.
But thinking a coin got a 700$ million market cap due to a glitch on a relatively obscure website...hilarious.
Oh yeah, a coin for the indigenous people of South Dakota has way more potential than a "country we have heard of". Americans don't care about iceland, but they sure care about their own state. And America is where all the money and media coverage is. So your logic, once again, is flawed.
