Sorry about that, but I'd like to advise you to use proper English the next time you create a post or drop something that you want to use to talk about. You know that pidgin English is broad and there are some slangs that the next person might not understand, especially PH users whose Pidgin English contains a lot of slangs. If you look at my post history for here, you'll note that I started using pidgin until I realized that my slangs were difficult for certain other users to comprehend, at which point I stopped using all pidgin and began mixing it.

Charles is right; it is based on mutual understanding and a high level of activity. Local board is not about having a local language, it is about people in a local geographical region to interact about what is happening in their local area and sometimes relating it to what is happening in the world. But most likely they will have a common language among them, but in few cases like India on this forum that got many languages from many regions, they are posting in English, yet all other languages in India are accepted.
