just contact me in PM with your BTC address.

Mate
Good morning, you are a newbie, that means you can't sent pm and nobody can pm you so I don't think this your deal can work with your newbie account. You can only do that when you are Jr member or You can buy copper member for the transaction.

Hi, hmm.. I'm not sure what you mean.. In Personal Messages Options I have info "Other members of Bitcoin Forum can contact you personally..". I also allowed other Newbies to contact me in PM, so I don't see any problem to contact with other users of forum by messages.

User 'Ragdoll_3.0' is a newbie, but your options are set such that you cannot receive PMs from newbies. Therefore, you cannot send PMs to newbies, either.
This is what is written. So, What do you do know?

This means that you need to mark in your Personal Messages Options that you allow Newbies to send you PMs.  Wink

Hello everyone!

I am looking for a person from Nigeria (possibly someone with a bank account / bank card there) who will pay a small fee (around $12).
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay this fee from outside.

I will pay $5 for help after the payment is credited, which is about $17 in BTC (or other crypto) in total.

(If escrow is needed, I can accept any high ranked user of Bitcointalk)

Your statements are not clear, please go straight to what you wanted instead, then i will advise not to bring any illegal activities here we believe we are one here secondly you don't introduce yourself and you just jump straight to make a deal with people here which they don't know your origin or states.
I don't is possible or if one would accepted to assist you being a Newbie without introductions. And mind you, we don't run street here, we believe in Trust, Transparency and Straightforwardness.

I need just someone to make transfer of few bucks and I go first (for higher ranks). Do you really think we should go through the KYC process to do this?   Smiley
Details of recipient are in my next post: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.61191037

For any other specific questions I will answer directly to someone who will actually be able to do it. Thank you

My Journey has really been a rough one at first, which became a little smooth when I first heard of the world Cryptocurrency and Bitcoin a year back. I was nervous at first thinking it might be a scam. Well it wasnt. The Man Satoshi and the blockchain as a whole really changes my life and narrative towards cryptocurrency, which I would always be grateful for. Fortunately I had to hear about Bitcoin talk. Immediately I joined I knew I was a bit late to this kind of beautiful platform. But it's better late than Never. I would like you all that reads this to Hold my hand as a Newbie and take me through this Journey together. I promise I won't take this for granted. I love you all and hope to see you around.♥️

Because we have to know the kind service the payment is for so that people will not be afraid to carry out the service you need. And when do you need the service to carry out?

You fit still use Google search for importance of redesigning currency. Especially for this election wey dey come. E go even help strengthen naira because the old money fit expire for illegal hoalders hand and many more.
Many advantages dey to redesign currency.
Why many Nigerians are very quick to disapprove of any move made by the government is because of the lack of trust in their motives which most times as we have seen in recent times is usually more for personal gain than the benefit of Nigerians. If the process to redesigning this our currency is free and void of theft and falsification of figures, the benefits would have been what is more talked about. We are afraid that these people are fashioning ways to get more money from the country since they know that they are on their way out and maybe they're just doing so smartly through the Central Bank.

BTC, a coin of today and tomorrow.
CBN TO REDESIGN NIGERIA CURRENCIES
The Central Bank of Nigeria said dem dey prepare to redesign the N200, N500 & N1,000 notes. However, both the new & existing currencies go remain legal tender & circulate together until Jan 31, 2023 when the former currencies shall cease to be a legal tender.  History Don repeat itself again as Buhari changed national currencies in 1984 and now in 2022. I dey shame for all this clueless people leading us for this our country. Our currency wey don lost 70% of its value instead of them to think on how to regain it value dem dey think of how to rebrand it. Very disappointed! Wetin una think on top this matayas fellas?
You don see where we land ourselves for this country. Do we need our naira currency to redesign or na to find ways to regulate the dollar against naira so that our economy go fit stand gidigba. I no know why be sae, the people wey d lead this country d clueless and the CBN governor don d reason one kind one kind for sometimes now. Emefiele don become CBN for years and this na the kind thing em go fit think of for Nigerians. Few days ago na scraping of ATM cards. Today na redesigning of naira notes. Peso no know what next em go bring up tomorrow.

As the matter be so for this country. So wey no get another peso wey d capable again to take the position of that CBN governor cos em don mis-reason. Em d too bad to place a such person in a such precarious position

Sometimes we need to think twice before we go conclude say the leaders dey clueless. I no say dem be thieves, but that one no come mean say dem.no sabi something. E no mean say dem no go school. Those men go school, some go for big school for outside country like Howard and Cambridge.
Na government decision be that, before them make that decision, one or two committees don sit down weigh the matter well. All of them no go make mistakes at the same time.
We too wey be youths, we go school and even if we no study economics, bitcoin don teach us well.

You fit still use Google search for importance of redesigning currency. Especially for this election wey dey come. E go even help strengthen naira because the old money fit expire for illegal hoalders hand and many more.

CNB's Plan to Scrap ATM.

Make this our FG and CBN to take a chill pill abegy. Their wahala don d too much. Em remaining few months for their tenure to be over and them bring up irrelevant things wey no d important atal. Wey be sae d country get pressing issue at hand wey d suppose find means to get
a lasting solution for our economy, flooding, insecurity and unemployment.

Which one be scraping ATM cards to unveil National Domestic card scheme. Abegy make CBN and FG just park well before people go just vomit fire give them for this hardship wey dem don cause for this country so.
My brother I don laf tire the matter no clear waiting be their reasons to scrap ATM the thing don tire me I swear wey pressing issues they ground on our to improve the economy and see challenges wey people they face, I don know this present government I don know what their problem is no priority at all them they always do irrelevant things, make them do comot there time don they reach to comot for there, we need people with insight not some greedy folks that don’t know their jobs.
As in ehn, these guys go just wake up one morning with the most stupidest ideas just to fuck the country over more than they don do already. If this government really care about the people, they for don dey find solution to this flood issue wei dey at hand now, because e no dey just affect the life and properties of people. E dey affect the economy too. Just last week here I been wan go buy cement, na so dem knack me price say because road no dey for the trailer to bring their stocks over because of the flood.

E dey pain me o gaga, anytime I just hear or see nonsense mata wey old men dey come up with e dey vex me. Wetin concern ATM card with hardship and flood disaster wet try wrapper join am. Na for inside my ceiling I been dey sleep for almost 11 days because flood ravage my house and displace my family. Thank God say DAT mata son pass sha. I still thank our menthol and Boss of all bosses for here.

The problem be say from my understanding Nigeria too big for one man to rule because the country trouble and rumbles big pass one man small head wet be like onions. Imagine court pass other for the release of Nnamdi Kanu, one man wet say e na president no obey court order. This means say people dey Nigeria wey dey above the law, this also show say our leaders and we the people no even know the constitution wey we dey practice.

Nigeria dey practice Federal Constitution we say Supremacy of law i.e no one is above the law and the Supreme court is the highest power. This old men just dey do nonsense dey spoil these lovely country because of say dem no won give the government do another generation and nothing dey them head on way forward. These old pipu dey use old fashion lifestyle of 1970s dey rule us when then thief and evil politicians dey loot public funds.

Now these is the new era where every government dey after taking care of their citizens and building the country for competition in the global world but these same old men no understand these things. This na why dem dey behave like these because nothing dem get to offer. Imagine insecurity, kidnapping, unemployment, bribery and corruption, poor power supply, inflation, poverty, lack of country production, stealing by the government, Aboby, if I list dem e go pass two pages, dem never fit solve just one na mumu ATM wey no even affect anybody or help anybody condition na e dem dey talk.

Nigeria government are confused set of people is a pity say Buhari and him government na mess to the people

CNB's Plan to Scrap ATM.
The leadership of the CBN is actually very clueless and are out of touch with whatever is going on in the country. How does this help the economy? No matter what their reasons are I can never believe them. The news I read today is that the CBN redesigns new naira notes. Emefiele said the new design and issues will be effective from December 2022. How does this solve the failing naira? How will this lift the economy from the recession? Pertinent issues that should be tackled are abandoned to ogogoro matters.
What I dont understand is the decision to do that with a date without prior notice or going to the legislative house for deliberation. In the days of corruption wen them government wan make 5000 naira to steal public fund, the way public hala make the government drop am, say we no need and is the wrong time. Election don close now them start dey talk nonsense for mouth. This Goverment is the worse this country had ever produce under democracy. No more law and the Judiciary is manipulated anyhow.
