This is old news.
We all know NEO will be might be dumped by the developers at a maximum rate of 15 Million per year over the following years.

NEO's 100 million tokens is divided into two portions. The first portion is 50 million tokens distributed proportionally to supporters of NEO during the crowdfunding. This portion has been distributed.

The second portion is 50 million NEO managed by the NEO Council to support NEO's long-term development, operation and maintenance and ecosystem. The NEO in this portion has a lockout period of 1 year and is unlocked only after October 16, 2017. This portion will not enter the exchanges and is only for long-term support of NEO projects. The plans for it are as below:

10 million tokens (10% total) will be used to motivate NEO developers and members of the NEO Council
10 million tokens (10% total) will be used to motivate developers in the NEO ecosystem
15 million tokens (15% total) will be used to cross-invest in other block-chain projects, which are owned by the NEO Council and are used only for NEO projects
15 million (15% total) will be retained as contingency

The annual use of NEO in principle shall not exceed 15 million tokens

The skyrocketing bitcoin price today makes a lot of users sell altcoin so most of the drop altcoin prices include NEO. I still keep NEO, this year's target could reach $ 50.

On October 16th, 50 million NEO tokens will be unlocked and made available to the NEO Council. This represents half of the total NEO token supply, with the first 50 million distributed during crowdfunding.

The purpose of the NEO tokens released this month is to encourage development of the NEO ecosystem.

You should ask Bittrex, only they can answer your question! At the moment standard-transactions are free at the NEO blockchain but as far as I know they said maybe that will change someday. Bittrex is the worst place for buying/holding NEO because they don't credit you GAS for holding like Binance do, and high withdrawal fee although they reduced it about one month ago from 0.1 to 0.025 NEO. 

This is what puzzled me too, how are the transactions paid for ? If there are no transaction fees for Neo then why does Bittrex charge 0.025 Neo to withdraw ?

The process for sending a tip is very simple. We use Gas. Once you load your assigned wallet with Gas, you can send a tip to anyone on Reddit (whether they have a NeoTip account or not) by saying something like:

havent they been advising the chinese government on regulating crypto... its my understanding that OTC trading is not banned and chinese regulators are waiting to meet on the 18th to set regulation on crypto and digital assets at their congress...

It is false, how can they join Chinese gov congress when Chinese gov banned crypto coin and ICO coin trading? It is not plausible. I think NEO doesn't need it.

I don't care what the pundits say, I'm hodling onto me NEO. It's been through hard time before and pulled through, it will do it again.
This current drop is only because of the impending Bitcoin Gold fork.
