And that guidance should be with no stain and just pure because the minds of these kids are very pure and that's why we need to be careful with what we're introducing to them and what we're showing to them. We always need to supervise our kids because we will never know what's on their heads and what's being fed to them by these technologies if we're not going to check them. Without monitoring, they can go with other activities that they shouldn't be introduced at a young age and that's why we need to be there at all times for them.

Therefore, as parents, we must be able to position ourselves when we are in front of them. We don't need to show we are gambling because after all, they will probably see, be curious, and ask more questions about what we are playing. Maybe if we play cards, they will ask how to play them and ask to be taught, but what is more worrying is if they see a pile of money on the table while we are gambling. They will see it and will probably imitate what we do because they are curious about our reaction if we win or lose. Maybe they will try gambling with their friends using the money their parents gave them. If they get that pleasure, they will try again another time and will do it more often without the adults or parents knowing.

In the third world countries, the government does not really bother or even to care about their citizens and how they survive but rather they only care about their pockets and how to take taxes from which they would embezzle.
In this case when people tend to do whatever they feel like doing and getting away with it. The society too does not care anymore how the government would react because they already know that the government is just after their pocket so whenever they come, their take away package is readily set for them to take home with while they keep doing their things as it pleases them.
No one cares wether underage is involved or not as long as the system keeps going on, they are just satisfied with it that way damning any consequences it may result to in the nearest future.

Third world countries are mostly lawless countries, from their young to their old, they are only trying to practice a system of government in the pretence that they are obeying any law, but indeed, they do as they like. I said this because allowing the underage gamble is not limited to remote areas or deserts alone but in their most civilized places as well, they just don't care about what is right or wrong except for a few of them that are well nurtured. And to make matters worse, their governments and officials saddled with the responsibility of correcting this people would look away or don't care. They might have the law in the book but they do not practice it as such.

What I would also like to correct is that lack of money doesn't make people gamble more and the house will not profit more in a poor country than what they will gain in a rich country, the reverse is the case. It is when you have money you would want to gamble more, but unemployment would force you to gamble less. There are many reasons that people gamble, some might do it because they need more money while others might do it for other reasons, so poverty/unemployment is not the yardstick to ascertain it.

It's easy for children to have access to alcohol and drugs at the streets, because there are many friends and strangers willing to introduce them to this for free, however, gambling doesn't work on the same manner, because it requires larger sums of money to be practiced. And friends or strangers on the streets aren't going to give money to children to let them gamble. At least, I've never heard any stories of such kind. Gambling is more complex, demands more funds, therefore it's mainly aimed to individuals who already work and have an income. Children aren't the target public of casinos, because they don't have money, neither from "referrers" on the streets, because they would have losses if doing so.

Graduates are not out of the context when it comes to gambling. As a matter of fact, graduates are the most who patronise casinos more especially the online casinos. The offline casino are also patronised by graduates but limited as they are afraid of being  tagged as gamblers for the  fact that they are degree holders who should show exemplary leadership in the society because when it comes to gambling, people see it as odd it in the society here in this part of the world.

Setting up a monitoring system is very much alright because that would help to checkmate activities and make sure things goes on orderly in the society but as it stands now, I really do not think that the government takes it as a priority but rather they focus on those that can enrich them very fast  forgetting about the average persons in n the society. Even if they look into these areas, it is just to fulfill all forms of righteousness to satisfy their egos and at the end, they abandon the system there as move on.

Setting up policies at first is a good thing as long as the policies are in line with the developmental strides and goals in the society, it is a welcome idea. Although set ups can be established out of policies maybe let us say emergency set up to cushion the rate of unemployment in the society and as such, mini organisations can be established in the society that can generate revenue from them by creating employment for the unemployed youths in the society.

Not a single parent does not want his children to gamble, even if he is a professional gambler and makes a living playing gambling, because it can lead to serious problems. Each of us wants our children to get a good education and find a high-paying job, but unfortunately this is not possible for everyone. Keeping children away from information that they are not ready for due to their age is a very important stage in the educational process.

Kids are not supposed be anywhere close to any gambling discussion because they can easily understand whatever they heard because we are in a digital era were children has access to gadget and if there is anything they heard and is confusing to them they will make sure they go online to search for it and when they do they would like to try it out in other to know how it works and from there they could become influenced by it.

Because it happens to someone I know, he always discuss about gambling stuff and the site they normally use to gamble so one they the child decided to google about the site and saw that there is opportunity were people could gamble and make money so he decided to try it out by clicking on the deposit and they displayed the deposit options like debit card and others, so he went to look for his father's debit card to deposit money before he was cut. We should be very careful because children are so intelligent and vulnerable to be discussing some gambling issues close to them.

So what is the conclusion then? Those who have money will likely gamble compare to those who had no money? We can debate on that. You have mentioned money, phone, internet and pc, but people gamble not only with money. Poor kid might not have a quarter for slot, but he can bet candies, service, toys, whatever. Kids are creative. Dont forget that kids have friends, and some of their friends might be that "middle-class and wealthy parents" kids with a phone. And here you are access to phone, internet and gambling. Speaking about rich kids with phones, pc and etc, and why would I think they would gamble less. Because they have more things to do. Instead of thinking where to get money, they might watch cartoon on their gadgets, play games, then opening gambling page. I would even be 100% sure that if there would be choice to buy/download/play/watch game or cartoon, and to go play slots, they would choose first option.

We have to make sure that nothing else can have a bad effect on the children during their childhood. In front of children, if we lose money by gambling and lose money, we sit upset, on the other hand, if we earn money by gambling, we are more cheerful, but it will definitely affect the child. A person who gambles in front of their children may not know how much harm they are unknowingly doing to their children. People who do this should be careful now because years from now when your child asks you about gambling, you will have nothing to answer. Everything has a certain age, it's a different matter if your child becomes interested in gambling on his own when he learns to understand but we need to be careful not to have any negative influence on his development during childhood.

Of course, because child already has intelligence that is still very productive for development, it is different from us adults who are just too focused to the point of feeling dizzy thinking about life, thinking about family and thinking about being able to give happiness to the people we love.
Children still have phase where the brain will respond to all feelings of curiosity and provide motor stimuli for how to find or do what they want without the need for parental guidance.
We can only guide what is good and bad for our children because we don't know what they think and what they want.

In fact, the use of technology in this increasingly sophisticated era is very important because they can learn and go with the flow in current conditions which makes it easier for anyone to use technology.
They need something called learning from an early age to avoid what often happened to previous children, where they were called technologically illiterate.
It just that we always have to supervise and also limit what they are allowed to do.

Gambling is risky and those kids that have not reached 18+ should be considered granted, their phones taken from them and they stick to indoors all through the month, that's definitely how to stop them at this early stage. As parents it's always good and advisable to check on your kids because you will never know what's the next steps are after this system. Kids in our present days are very brilliant and quick in learning things. Most of then are already gambling under our very nose and they have a way of anticipating in activities and in discreet momentum.

Some kids will not only use their parents device, they will increase their age so they could gain complete access to an account they can control fully unknowing to the parents, the only place where they would require some further trick will be with funding and some definitely find their way around it.

Especially with the rich kids, they have a way around the funding using an unsuspecting aunty or uncles or elder siblings banking details just to make they get on, and if they eventually win, they make it a habit to always go to the casino and becoming an addict is something they turn into unknowingly because they will always want to play and want to win for extra cash for themselves outside what they are been given at home.

I agree with you, surely many of us children already have their own cellphones so that if we gamble in front of them, they can imitate what we do and access gambling sites personally using their cellphones, this is very important for us to understand that Gambling in front of children is a dishonorable act. Children will easily learn from what they see and hear, therefore, if we want to gamble, pay attention to your surroundings and make sure there are no children so you can freely gamble comfortably and not worry too much about the children.
