Seems this would cut down on forum spam a lot? Worth it for that alone.

ah, this explains a lot, but doesn't 4 hours seem like a while though? oh well, I'm not going t mess with the admin on something i didn't bother to fully look into.
Its just an easy way preserve the community a little bit

I do like that these restrictions keep the main forums clean. There's lots of reading and searching to be done here. 
I like how everybody says pointless things to get the counter going. xD
