Yes you’re saying the truth, they really need to be careful cause they are being deceived to sell what they have bought at a cheaper rate. If you know that you can’t stand the price when it falls then it is best you withdraw at the earlier time when the price is showing signs of falling than waiting till it has fallen before you start to talk about selling it, cause it makes no sense as you will be selling with loss.
