That will depend on the project because many projects now delay their time to launch the project, and they wait for the normal conditions then they can reschedule to launch their project. If they believe that right now is a good time to launch their project, I think they will use this time to do that because that can allow many people to invest their money with them. But people will need to be careful to select the right project because the scam project will try to trick them.

You will be having a hard time if you are going to release any projects in kind of situations. You movements are very limited, and might be your resources too as people would tend to stay at home instead of going out and get infected by the virus. Make or look for some alternative ways to earn online, as you said there plenty of opportunities online not only in crypto but also in other kind of business platforms as well.
