unfortunate for the less computer abled peoples, depositing and withdrawing at DGex is very strict, and ofcourse its freaking safe for us with investments that need to be properly secured! and for that dgex has a nice record of doing so!

its one of those either you love or hate things!  Wink

even if I did it wrong I sent a token.

Please send the token through your DGEX members area deposit form. We need that for two reasons:

- to confirm DGEX account ownership
- our admin interface is not designed to input account tokens manually for member accounts

It is not difficult to submit the account token from your DGEX member account. If you encounter problems while trying please let me know. Thank you.

Ok so I did twice so I'm asking what I am doing wrong?

If you actually read my first transaction I said I didnt exactly know what a token was as I had never generated one. So I took the DGEX URL i copy and pasted it in the generate token box and got some token number. You are gonna have to tell what I'm doing wrong as all I can do is send the same thing for the third time.

Take this to PM, I'm always ready to say I did something wrong, in fact I have said that from the start.

This is a prime example on what sort of delusions / incompetence exchangers like DGEX have to put up with (and remain polite).

There is no deposit of 95000 NXT pending on our database. DGEX requires the standard procedure of submitting the account token through the DGEX members area "Add funds to DGEX account" button, after which an operator will credit the funds to your DGEX account if they have been transferred succesfully through the NXT payment network.

I can see the amount is transferred and arrived. That is not enough to credit your DGEX account. Please submit the deposit token from your DGEX members area for us to be able to credit the amount to your account. Thank you.

Private email correspondence to rectify public false claims is pasted below. Our latest reply as quoted is from less than 24 hours ago.

What the hell is account token? I gave you all the transaction details

Dude you are the one threatening after I already sent you transaction details as proof and you failed to reply to me after a number of days.

So this isn't my NXT going into your account?Huh

I gave the transaction

It shows I sent NXT to you. I WILL POST THESE EMAILS IF YOU DON'T SORT IT OUT AND CONTINUE TO THREATEN TO CONFISCATE MY COINS.

Hello. I have no idea what loss of coins you are talking about.

Please submit a deposit form from your members area, with the account token as all customers who deposit to their DGEX account do. NXT deposits are not credited without that, they are not credited automatically. If you do not conform to our required procedures and continue to send threatening emails without willingness to perform the actions required for a successful deposit, I unfortunately may indeed have to forfeit your coins as per the DGEX TOS.

I sent a large amount of coins to you and have proof on the blockchain that I sent them to your address. Its your responsibility if you are losing coins to refund them. I will give you 1 day to respond or I start putting the evidence you are losing coins on the forums.

I recently sent 95,000 to Dgex cause I wanted to sell it. It asked me for the token which I think I did right, ie copy and pasted the address of DGEX and generated it and sent that along with the transaction.

To cut a long story short DGEX owner is completely denying I even sent money and says he has no record of it. I can't afford to lose this much money and even the owner has threatened under his rules to keep the coins If I keep acting threateningly. My major threat was that I would post on the NXT thread so everyone can see. In my mind he has lost my coins and doesn't want to pay them back out of his own money. He is avoiding replying to me after asking for more details.

What can I do???

I know a payment went through..Here is the transaction id.

Hello

I have just installed NXT and is there somewhere to get a little free nxt to try out the client? ty

Some giveaways, here:
http://nxtra.org/faucet/

and here:
http://freenxt.org?ref=326

The first one isn't working for me and I did the second one but no nxt yet, it has been about 8 mins.

is this the account number i use? NXT-NCJQ-2DM5-3VBV-FUYQ3

The second one gives you a random (normally low) quantity of nxt every 20MINS So you have to wait!

The first one gives you 4nxt, but just one per nxt account and mail. It is working perfectly for me, I dont know what is failing in your case  Huh

I am getting "Balance could not be retrieved" when i use the first one.

Posting it here too:
I've made a thread on reddit/r/CryptoCurrency: New alt NEM is selling stakes via Nxt asset exchange

Please upvote! Because besides helping the NEM release, it will also rise awareness about what the Nxt AE can do.

I have 3 questions on forging power leasing.
Suppose account A leases forging power to account B.

1) What is the maximum number of blocks it can lease the forging power for that can be input in the Period field?
2) If account B is not always forging, sometimes you turn off your computer, etc., will that leased power from account A not be lost when account B starts forging again in a few hours?
3) Is there an API call to see which accounts have leased forging power to account B?

Guess the post was lost after all Smiley

I'm not the tech master (so take it with caution), but I think I can answer:
1) The maximum time for lending 32767 blocks - which is about a month.
2) Why should it be lost. That information is stored in the blockchain, not in the computer.
3) Apparently. Check here in forkedchains pool - he uses the API to get all kinds of info. And I remember that he put his script up for others (or planned so). Can't find a thread now in a quick search, but maybe PM him in the nxtforum.

I keep on hearing bad things about Cryptsy.  I used it before many times, but I'm not sure.  People also use Bter and DGEX to buy NXT. Which one, or another option, is better and safer?

I am waiting for my NXT withdrawal from Cryptsy, it's been 5 days.

GL man last time i tried i had my coins stucked in a limbo for one month, they gave my NXT back only after 57 support tickets.

It used to be that they transferred in a day. No its more like 3 days.
I have mostly got away with just 5 tickets.

Oh, btw. Never sold a NXT in my life Cheesy
