Ignoring Rassie's dismissal and only focusing on Shamsi's verdict is a coping mechanism just to avoid responsibility and in this case, he just wants some brownie points. Fans do that all the time because they are emotional about their teams and one could hardly blame them but professional cricketers never play that card, unless you are dumb.
I am also against the Umpire's call in general. I've said it earlier if the ball is clipping the stumps or bails then it should be out but atm final verdict depends on only the on-field umpire so no one can do anything about it.
South Africa is really performing well in this tournament. Other than the upsetting loss against a very weaker opponent, which was Netherlands, I believe, they have performed really well against all the other teams that they have faced so far. And it is not any different against Pakistan in this match as well. Right now, South Africa needs only 28 runs in 67 balls. That should be really easy for South Africa, considering the fact that they still have six wickets in hand. They also have two set batsmen in the middle. No way south Africa is going to lose this match. And let's be honest that target was really not big enough.

They are going aggressively against New Zealand and have scored 118 runs in the 10 overs without losing any wickets. Trent Boult, Mitchell Santner, Lockie Ferguso and all the bowlers are looking helpless at the moment. If these fireworks does not stop, I am seeing 500 runs today.

The performance of Pakistan's bowlers in this match was better than any previous match. Pakistan bowlers were able to bowl very well. But as usual the performance of Pakistan's batsmen was quite poor. The team managed to collect only 270 runs. Against one of the best batting orders of this year's World Cup, victory was not possible given a target of just 270 runs. However, the match became very competitive due to the excellent performance of the bowlers. No Pakistani batsman's performance is regular. And this is why the team is losing consistently. Pakistan managed to score only 4 points in 6 matches. Australia has earned 6 points from 5 matches. If the Pakistan team can win all their next matches then Pakistan has a slim chance of qualifying for the semi finals.
Exactly the bowling was really good because the South Africa team which was going above 300 in every match but Pakistan's bowlers was trying restrict them to under 270 runs.
