Australian women team are no doubt favorite for the title. SA has played 2 matches against Bangladesh and Pakistan, they are yet to play women big 3 aka Australia, New Zealand and England. Westindies have won 2 matches against England and New Zealand. Its very interesting in a sense that small teams are performing good against England and New Zealand.
Apart from the Australian women's team, it's hard to say who will be the next three teams to qualify for the semi finals. England and New Zealand did not start the tournament well, but they have the tendency to catch up later in the tournament. WI, India, and SA are equally good to give tough times to big teams. This time there are no clear favorites except the Australian team.

Right now agree with your partially statement because with current table Australia is already on top with 3/3 after them, we have no consistency in any other team but with two early loses from England have some good impact on this event because now few other teams can also feel good for having spot in semi-final.
West Indies done very good upsets in two early matches but in third one India completely outclass them with this now India is also having some good chance of qualifying because now they can beat Bangladesh and South Africa so here chance is good for them but England, New Zealand and West Indies need to fight hard for their place in semi-final as these all are unpredictable after early part of this event.
