Right now we have these matches for ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 even not popular but still peoples are following them in today match I was expecting some good fight but UAE which is based on mostly subcontinent players completely outclass Namibia Wise with ball and bat have not enough for his national team, and now they are struggling for having good spot after very good performance from Oman and UAE.

In today match UAE done massive run 348 with the help of openers and wicket keeper batsman Vriitya Aravind in reply Namibia try their best but still this was huge target for them, so they fail and reached 305 runs.

Now tomorrow is rest day and on 14th we are had another exciting match between Oman vs Namibia.

I have to say UAE played really well to gather a score that massive. And it was always going to be a hard job for Namibia to get to that total. But, I still think that Namibia played not bad to get to 305.
I think something like this is going to happen in the next match on the 14th. I don't think that Namibia is going to win against Oman.

If the ICC is actually thinking about including cricket in the Olympics then I think it is a really good initiative by the ICC.

But, I am not sure at all about the 2032 thing. And I really don't think that it's going to be done by 2032 because even for 2032 we are a long way off from seeing cricket in the Olympics. But, I guess we have to wait and see what ICC does about this. The first initiative should be adding more teams into the international arena.
We are talking about Cricket being included in the Olympics for a long time but the timeline is being pushed and now we are talking about Cricket being included in 2032, why not the Olympics before that, as far as i understand the host nations can take the decision on which sport to be included and next two Olympics will be conducted in France and the US respectively.

The only ODI match going on right now is between Namibia and UAE, as a part of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2. Namibia looks like in a difficult position, as their opponents made 348/3 batting first. They are now at 71/2, with Craig Williams at the crease along with Jan Nicol Loftie-Eaton. A win in this match would mean that UAE will be in a comfortable position as far as the League is concerned. They will be having 16 points from 14 matches, which would mean that they will be at the 2nd position in the table.
Yes not much ODI n T20 right now. UAE recently qualified for the ICC T20 world cup 2022 and in ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 2019-2021/22 they are at number 3. In ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 2019-2021/22, mostly teams are made up of expats like Oman, UAE, USA and they are dominating the table whilst teams that have 100% native players like Namibia, PNG and Nepal are way down in points table.

From what I heard, the ICC is targeting for Olympic inclusion by 2032. I am not sure about this, because the administrators still remain against the idea of inclusion. They are concerned only about money, and not about spreading the game. Similar to what happened earlier, we will witness sabotaging at some point in the future and then they will say that 2032 is not possible and we should aim for 2040 or 2044. Then after some time, the same cycle will repeat and the date will be delayed to 2048 or 2052. It will go on for ever.

They need more bowlers like Mustafizur Rahman, Sarkar and Shakib in order to improve their bowling lineup.
If I am not wrong then Sarkar is not even a strike bowler but he is taking crucial wickets in matches. The entire Bangladesh team really needs to find some good bowlers.

Talking about Tamim, that reference from Pffrt does not look good. Tamim is a good player as far as I know but that does not mean he become the burden of the team. In the world cup and in the last match he seems a burden for his team.

By the way, the Legend (Malinga) finished his ODI career with a wicket in the last ball. This is a very sweet ending. He deserved it.
The best infect, everyone one would want to have a beautiful end of their career. It was a beautiful moment. He would be very happy on the that delivery. Hard work pays off no matter what. I am always a big fan of Bangladesh team - in particular Shakib. The team has flair and the bangla people support their team a lot. I like the spirit of subcontinent player and the love for cricket. They are the one who are keeping the cricket alive.

In Women World Cup both Pakistan and South Africa are playing there second ODI today. South Africa after winning there opening match against Bangladesh will be looking for there second win . SA has given small target of 223 in 50 overs, Pakistan in reply are 98/3 in 27 overs. Let's see whether Pakistan can win there first game today.

Pakistan should have won this match. It was a close match but luck was not at our side. With this loss, Pakistan has lost 3 match and still sits at the bottom of the table with lowest run rate of -1.274.
On the other hand, India is showing some good performances and they crushed the West Indies Women team with 157 runs win. They are on the top of the table surprisingly.

That is true that we (Pakistan) do not have any infrastructure for the women's cricket team. They lost to India on that day and today they will again lose to Australians as this match is being played now at  Mount Maunganui. Australian team needs only 25 more runs to win and they have 18 overs to complete this run chase. Though one can argue that Pakistan women's team exposure is increased by playing in world cup matches but unless we do not have a proper domestic infrastructure, it's of no use.

Pak-W team performance today is better then how they performed in last match against Ind-W. Pressure may be one reason why Pak-W failed to play quality cricket on that day. Pakistan team is new in women cricket and they should try to get experience by playing there full 50 overs quota. Women cricket is dominated by England, Aus and New Zealand and its because these boards are behind there teams.
Pak-W just lost the match to Aus-W by 7 wickets. Alyssa Healy was the top scorer from Aus side who scored 74 runs.

The result is what matters in the end and Pakistan have lost both matches and are at the bottom of the points table.

Today we had an upset where the West Indies women's team defeated the England team. This means that both WI and Aus have won both their matches while Pakistan and England have lost both their matches. I must say the tournament is getting interesting.
I like the spirit of @umarIdrees. Always supporting Pk and coming up with logics to support his nation. But one thing I agree with. There is alot of effort and hard work needed to make a team or an athlete a real hero. Which is somehow missing. But let’s hope one day!
Bad luck for Pakistani Women Cricket team. South Africa won with 6 runs. The match was interesting - despite the fact subcontinent team was in full form South Africa won by 6 runs. That was the only chance for PK team. But better luck next time. Shabnim Ismail did a got show with three wickets at the expense of 41 runs. But  SA team is super amazing. Great show by the teams.

Action continues in women world cup, India taking WI seriously and have scored 317 runs in there 50 overs. Smriti Mandhana and Harmanpreet Kaur are two Centurion from India. WI who has already done two upsets so far is struggling in this match as they are 114/4 in 20 overs. WI were 100-0 and now 114/4.

South Africa womem has beaten Pakistan women after an interesting match, victory by just 6 runs. Pakistan team has shown a good performance after big defeat against India. From Pakistan side Nahida Khan, Omaima Sohail and Nida Dar bat well and scored 40, 65 and 55 runs, Shabnim Ismail from SA was man of the match as she took 3 wickets.

Pakistan is going to play another match on 11 March with south Africa and I am sure South Africa is going to win this bringing their ranking higher up in the chart.
Yesterday in India VS NZ both team played well. I will keep a follow up what Pakistani team did. I wish my prediction become wrong. And Pakistan win at least one match in the series but this seems impossible. Fingers crossed!

But, I think we all know that cricket is a very long way away from going to the Olympics. Because ICC does not look too much concerned about it. And also the number of countries that play cricket are very low.

If this is the situation of cricket in the future, I don't think that women's cricket is going to get much popularity. And I think that the boards know this and that's the reason why they are scared to push women's cricket, that's quite understandable.

I think the favorites for the last four spots being India, Australia, England, and New Zealand seem to be right. But after the close wins of West Indies women, I think they might show some surprise in the tournament. For the other teams, unless they are playing cricket regularly they are not going to improve.
West Indies can be the black horse of this tournament, i lost a huge bet placing a bet on New Zealand even though the odds were really low, i just added them in a huge parlay expecting them to be an easy bet as New Zealand was a good team and i messed up big time as West Indies was able to defeat New Zealand and i just wish i never placed a bet on that match.

That is the case with all the South Asian countries. These guys don't take women's cricket seriously. Even the BCCI, which is the richest cricket board in the world treats women's cricket in a very casual manner. In India, there is a domestic setup similar to the men's domestic tournaments, but the quality is much lower when compared to SENA nations such as Australia and England. And this is one of the aspects where the inclusion of cricket in Olympics may help. If cricket is made an Olympic sport, then women's cricket may get more attention and funds.

You must be happy to see performance of Indian team in T20 WC as they have beaten there arch rivals aka Pakistan comprehensively. West Indies women is going too good at the moment in women WC and they are a candidate for wining this women WC.
Right now India is playing against NZ and NZ are 229/5 in 44 overs. Amy Satterthwaite the NZ top scorer just got out, India must restrict NZ to 250 to win the game.
