Bitmine guys miss something very important. Some people get loans to can "buy" their stuff. In fact those people recieve nothing - even refund till now. The only things that they recieve are:

1. fees for the loan that they pay, and pay...and till wait the refund on the end.
2. depression and lack of sleeping
3. hate wich become stronger every night and morning when one check his email

Dear guys and gals from Bitmine - this you miss alot. Lot of people suffer because of your totally incompetent marketing and planning (if youre company, i start to doubt in that) or because your lies and cheating (if youre not a company but bunch of scammers, wich i and may be not i only believe more day after day).

how long did you wait in the line?

Roughly 25-30 minutes.  

I suggest skype.  Cheaper than most american phone carriers. =/

Edit:  I actually got disconnected via skype and had to call them back... they again took about 20ish minutes to pick up.  The guy on the phone mentioned that one of the normal call center guys was on vacation this week. Perhaps they were both on vacation last week?

After this 2 weeks I will start this case with police and Ombudsman something like "consumer rights" in my country.
If it does not produce results I will go to Swiss and start case in this country.

We can make this together.

Hello everyone,

I have same situation, how surprising  Roll Eyes
I have lost 6996 USD in preorder from Nov. 2013. I have used a lot ways to ask, beg or try to scary them, I even tryed to make a settlement to take just 3000 USD back to cover at least half of my loses. Without any answers.

I have contacted Swiss lawyers, but they ask for almost 1000 USD in front for 3 hours of theyr work, so this is too much for me. And if they will work 10 hours? Who knows, it will be half of what I want.

I was wondering, if we can go there and sue them thru Police? I was once sued for 2 USD (yes two dollars) in Czech thru Police. I don't mind to go for a trip to Zurich as it's near by, and the ticket cost like 40 USD.

Please let me know if anyone of You have tryed to go this way. Or how much did You pay lawyers, maybe You have found cheaper one.

After week of trying I was speak with them.

They told me almost the same as two weeks ago.
I was w8 for my device almost half year and now I w8 near 2 months for my refund.

Last time they said the send money in 2 weeks.
Another bullshit btw.

Today they said they have refund list and my position is about 20-30 so they will send money in this week maximum in next week.

I think they always say the same shit.

"Rigs will be ready in 2 weeks."

"You order will be ready in 2 weeks"

"You refund will be send in 2 weeks"

I give them last 2 weeks, after this my lawyer and police begins this case.
It's official statement of my company.

2 weeks™? Then BFL will probably sue them for copyright infringement ;-)

Seriously, it seems they are catching up their backlog for both desks and hopefully rigs too.

They said they had cash-flow problems about refunds, obviously there are reasons to believe it's true.

I think Bitmine is a honest company with communications issues, but their help desk has been responsive so far as far as I'm concerned. I didn't have any communications with them during the past few days though.

They do their best to satisfy their customers,
but communication is failing hard.

They were weeks late with my refund, so I gave them a call about it.  We had a good chat and worked something out.  They offered to refund later in the week.  It was already late, and I needed the money, but I agreed to their offer.  That was about a month ago.  Now they don't respond to me.  

We did work something out.

You said it yourself: they need to be more open and transparent with their customers.  Giving a timeframe, then ignoring customers when it's passed isn't working things out, or satisfying customers.  It's antagonizing.  Throw us a bone bitmine, and keep your word.

THey also worked something out with me, where I said I would forgo my refund and replace it with 250% of my order. They have only shipped 1/5th of what they promised to ship me within the timeframe they set for themselves (10 days).  I was trying to contact them all last week,  and they never picked up the phone.  At this point,  I recommend that people do *not* do anything to jeopardize their cash/bitcoin refund,  as I believe they have lied to me. I would not trust anything these guys say. 

Here is hoping that they pick up their phone tonight...
