In the Address fields, there is no country option. Should I use State to put my country, or are you adding it?

But When I compare your prices and the current ask price on Mt.Gox I get a fee between 11-14%.
How do you calculate the price?

btw, don't you accept international phone numbers for verification? it keeps saying "invalid number"
