I'm going to place another order this afternoon. I did find that some of my billing address information was incomplete on google checkout. I've updated this, so hopefully things will go smoothly the second time around.
Great customer service, phone call answered right away
On second thought, I would like to go ahead and cancel the order and I'll re-order another time.
Thanks for the offer, I don't mind losing a little as long as the transaction processes. It's weird, the membership fee processed very quickly compared to this. Have you seen this type of delay before? Would I be better off canceling and re-ordering in hopes of a faster processing time? Is it likely the transaction will be processed in the next 24 hours?

6 hours later, still nothing. I've completed the SMS confirmation and even called the bank to make sure the transaction wasn't being reviewed or held, it's not. There's just a pre-auth on my account for the full amount and the bank is waiting for btcquick to claim/request (process) the payment.

Hello. Order #12743 here. I placed my order early yesterday morning, and the money was taken from my bank account shortly after. However, more than 28 hours later I see that the bitcoin has yet to be released and is still "under review."
