Please open a ticket for me.

I did a Bitinstant->Zipzap->CVS-> MtGox account on 4/3/2013.  I didn't receive the money in the MtGox account.  The Code listed below when used on mtgox gives a "This code cannot be redeemed (non existing or already used)"     I have contacted MTGOX and your support emails and not contact for the past 4 days.  The BTCS on 4/3/13 were around the $140,  I'd be cool with $160 per BTC.  Please resend or email me separately the new code to use or transfer equivalent BTCs to 1NkmXcR57xowncc4N2qnS8wCS565Ti9enw

I'm trying to get help on this and while URSAY has been very nice, i'm no closer to resolution of my transaction.

What? I don't know if YOU have opened internal support issues for me because I don't work at bitinstant. How the hell am I supposed to keep track of that? You have claimed to have "escalated" (what does that even mean?) my issue but I haven't received ANY further information regarding it (no support number, no emails, no PMs, no updates). I keep track of my SINGLE issue multiple times per day by checking the bitinstant website and seeing that it still remains completely unresolved.

Please, do not dare put bitinstant's incompetence on me.

I shouldn't have to hound you like an animal just to get responses for a simple transfer on a week old issue. This is absolutely absurd and completely unprofessional.

Have you ever taken down a support ticket number for an issue for any company?  These kinds of thing are normal and it helps to resolve your issue when you take note of details that can help us.  I post all this info publicly so I'm not sure why you can't provide me with any info.  Trying to help you.  Sad

I am aware that legitimate non-scam companies provided support ticket numbers, and, had I been provided one, I would have written it down. But again, the only thing I was provided was verbal confirmation that the issue is being addressed.

And again, here is the screenshot from my inbox with a PM from YOU (URSAY, EMPLOYEE OF BITINSTANT) confirming that my issue had been documented and was "escalated".

I am responding to a question from URSAY about a GOX coupon.  I was on the 4/8 list.

Here is what I got from them after I explained that I provided Bitinstant with the MTgox account number instead of the exchange number.

Mt.Gox Support, Apr 09 01:11 (JST):

Hello
The number is the message that you should put while depositing to your Mt.Gox account directly through other methods that is not Bitinstant whereas Bitinstant uses only the number ######. However, they should be able to give you a redeemable code for this. Mt.Gox is only the recipient and we do not process deposits from Bitinstant. You have to contact Bitinstant at [email protected] or at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=128314.2760;topicseen to retrieve your funds from them. Thank you for your kind understanding.

I am not sure about any coupon and have not seen one to redeem.  I am trying to get my funds back from Bitinstant, however this may be done.  

Please let me know if I need to provide more info than this, or what I could do to ease the process.

This is what I get from Mt. Gox: "This code cannot be redeemed (non existing or already used)."

My confirmation email from Bitinstant from my direct deposit stated: We have made a direct deposit into your MTGox account and there is no need to use the coupon system on this order.  

From me, just a reminder that I sent my account number instead of my exhange number for this order, hene original problem.

Why not a ....master list?Huh? where you slowly work on a first come first serve basis....that would be the most logical and FAIR way no?

Anyways...i'd like you to add this to my huge case file that i am sure you guys are working so hard to fix by paying out the $500 you have successively poofed from my possession.

I bought all the other BTC's on April 7th at $162...so my calculation if i deposited 500 bucks i would have 480 after you service fee (which i don't see why i am paying, but i'll be happy to get anything at this point).  

So at $480.00 / 162 = 2.9629BTC's   -  I would have had 2.9629 BTC's on that day.

Currently BTC's are worth $223 i definitely would have sold at this point  Wink

So $223*2.9629BTC's = $660.7407.....


So in conclusion, URSAY, i'd like to update my ticket to show that BitInstant should credit my account for $660 to alleviate the disservice they have created for me.

Sorry...disregard my last post.  I cannot open a ticket for a issue that does not yet exist.

The issues are more complex then you understand.  Old issue RESOLVED.  New issue opened for 4/9 list.  New issues come everyday so I always make new lists for support agents.  They are ALWAYS working on ALL lists I give them.

I did a transaction for 443.95 on 04/05 @ 5:19pm EST to the acct#677337065 and I am yet to receive anything, I'm pissed about the oss in just bitcoin price...you guys could at least send me an email or something for Christ's sake I've spend over 10k a year thru you guys....

Just so you know, I had the same problem as you guys but I got my BTC in finally.

I was seeing the same things as you guys are now: no response from anything: not on emails, not on the support channel, not on the PMs to URSAY, and forget about the phone. I was getting mad. Just relax a little bit and be nice.

To give you an idea of my situation:
My deposit was on 4/7, I eventually got on a ticket for 4/8, and I got my BTC at the current rate on 4/8.
I PM'd URSAY to escalate and get them to honor the exchange rate at the deposit time on 4/7. Now I'm waiting on that, and on a ticket for 4/9. FYI Yankee, the CEO of Bitinstant, came on the thread earlier and said himself they'd honor the exchange rate at the deposit time: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.1776479

So yeah, just be patient, realize that their automated systems probably took a beating and theyre having to do things manually. Theres only so many of them (and yes theyve hired more people)

Just make sure you get URSAY to see your QuoteID and to get on a list
So what does that say about all of us that have been waiting around and being "patient" since April2nd and 3rd. Hell saw a guy in here from March22nd.
Then we see someone like you come along and tell us to just wait. You only had to wait 48hours, very small compared to some of us.

Wait, your issue was resolved 2hours after your first post, that is a long time wait

I really want to resolve old issues.  We are improving support processes to make this happen.  There are many factors for each individual order.  Thanks for your understanding.

Lol, my issue has been unresolved since 4/2. How much slower could it possibly get? You don't even know whether or not I have support tickets open for my WEEK OLD ISSUE.
