Curious...why are we making new lists when the old ones are DEFINITELY not resolved?

Anyways...i'd like you to add this to my huge case file that i am sure you guys are working so hard to fix by paying out the $500 you have successively poofed from my possession.

I bought all the other BTC's on April 7th at $162...so my calculation if i deposited 500 bucks i would have 480 after you service fee (which i don't see why i am paying, but i'll be happy to get anything at this point).
So at $480.00 / 162 = 2.9629BTC's - I would have had 2.9629 BTC's on that day.
Currently BTC's are worth $223 i definitely would have sold at this point
So $223*2.9629BTC's = $660.7407.....
So in conclusion, URSAY, i'd like to update my ticket to show that BitInstant should credit my account for $660 to alleviate the disservice they have created for me.
