Hello, yesterday I went to albertsons and paid for some bitcoin and got a confirmation of payment and an email from coinapult to redeem my coins but the url from coinapult says I have 0 bitcoins available? I see others have had this problem and they all say support has been helpful in resolving the issue though a bit slow on replys, please help. my order id is a4fba890-c773-478f-989a-8cf703a157f4 thank you!

I was waiting for a week for my first order to process and now a couple days with charlie and the support team for my second order. Give em some time and they'll get back to you.
Don't expect to get it right away on the weekends or within 24 hrs!. My experience and others I know here will say that the weekends are a little slower.. as they've processed all but one failed orders for us mon-fri. Good luck to everyone

I think if I can get this handled today I might continue to use bitinstant. But the last 3 times. Have had issues that take a couple days to get resolved. They do ultimately get resolved but not quite the timeframe most of us are looking for. At this point i think I would rather have a refund of my $503.95. Got confirmation from zip zap 30 sec. after payment. Have not received one email from bitinstant to confirm payment. NOT ONE!

I paid for Bitcoins to e-mail a few hours ago now. Still nothing. I use Bitinstant to get my coins QUICKLY. The past 2 times I haven't gotten my coins in "under an hour" like the website states. I contacted customer support and no response, of course just like the last time this happened. I could really use some help here as I have an extremely important purchase to make.

I emailed BitInstant a few days ago about having funds sent to a wrong mtgox account # and got a reply from Rachel. I was able to contact Mt. Gox to freeze the funds in the wrong account, and they now ask that you guys contact them for further action, but I haven't heard from Rachel or anyone since then. If you could follow up on those emails asap that would be great.

Hi all,
Not really a Bitinstant noob as I used it a lot back when bank deposits were available. Heard so many nightmares about the red phone...
Well I made a cash deposit at CVS, gave the identical information on the zipzap pdf, and the guy on the phone confirmed it as bill payment towards zip zap. That was 12 hours ago, and there as since been no blockchain activity on the address I posted, there has also been no confirmation email sent.
Is it possibly slower because it was sunday? When I used to use bank transfers, I would get a confirmation email instantly and then coins would show up about an hour later.
I have the moneygram receipt from cvs as well as the original payment slip pdf. What information do I need to provide to check the status of my order?

I paid for over 300 dollars worth of coins yesterday at 3pm EST via moneygram, got a confirmation from zipzap that bitinstant was notified of payment.. no confirmation from bitinstant, no returned phone call from support email, no live chat available, cannot get a hold of anyone via the "emergency contact number". It is now 9:42am on Monday EST time and still no live chat available... Look like if something goes wrong when ordering on a weekend this company will not support you.
