On the second order, you selected MtGox instead of Bitcoin Address.

If you check the order confirmation email, there is a MtGox code in there. If you want, I can take the code and convert it into BTC for you

Hello Yankee i sent u a pm but you have no responded. The mtgox code you sent me has not worked. Perhaps because i put my bitcoin address as the dest account for the mtgox code. Regardless can you convert the code into btc. Im sure you can see the code you sent i have not used. My email is [email protected] Thank you.

Any idea why I keep getting "Gox coupon deposit failed" on random orders (for example order 3f9c8d82-de3f-4eba-9ac7-3a620a0d20b4)?  If I create a new order and use the same coupon code, the order fails again.  However, if I cancel the code and create a new one at gox, the order goes through just fine.  Seems like it must be an issue on your end.  I have encountered this problem at least 6 times in the last week.

I did not receive 21.74437 bitcoins that I bought yesterday.  I emailed support and Seth said he was forwarding to technical support, and they would arrive within the next business day.  They haven't yet.  I have been emailing cs but never heard back.

They just keep spamming me this BS message. Are they so incompetent that they cant realize I had two transactions for the same amount.  WTF is going on here. I needed $2k worth of bitcoins. payed for $1400..... $500 has gone missing and im scared to try to pay for the other 600... You guys could outsource your customer service to India and do better then you are now.. You deal with large amounts of currency comparable to a Bank and you have a Google Voice number as ur customer support...Get real. WTF Angry

I can't confirm. Support seems to think I was sent a Mt Gox code: I wasn't. I still need my funds.

Hello sorry I am new to the forum and this is my 1st post. The 24/7 customer service wasn't to helpful so I had to search out a forum lmao.
Anyways to the problem. I have always had great results with bitinstant I made a transaction Feb 3rd 11:30 am EST and it has still failed to show. I have called the google voice number they have available numerous times and have emailed the support emails, but I have received no clear answer as to what is going on. I just want my coin please. I am very sceptical about using this service again after seeing the state of your supposed customer service.

Here are the 2 ID numbers.. I made 3 transactions 2 for 503.95 and 1 for 383.95. One 503.95 posted as well as the 383.95. I need my other 500 dollars. Thanks
