Hey, I accidentally put paypal instead of btc address last time i used this service, i emailed support with my order number and was told they would send the address the appropriate ammount, that was about a month ago, if you could help me out i would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

Used your service for the first time last week - loved it. Went to use it again a few nights ago and it errored out (after filling in all info and doing the human captcha) and said something along the lines of 'There was an identity error in generating your payment slip. Please contact [email protected] to resolve'. Was attempting a moneygram->bitcoin to email (also tried to moneygram->btc-e.com account). Emailed support several days ago, and again yesterday. Below is one of the order ids. Thanks for any help.

Email ZipZap for the Merchant Order ID. They should have it to you within a day (mon-fri). It'll speed up everything with Bitinstant. That's the ID you want Wink
I emailed zipzap when this happened on Tuesday, and again on Thursday. Have not heard back. Hoping this all gets cleared up in the next few days (btc/ltc prices won't wait for me!). Thank you for your help though!

This is a great service, but it seems like 7-11 can't accept zipzap payments, since they don't include a barcode and they don't have a red phone. CVS was set up to accept payments and had a red phone to call moneygram.

Just got my second order of coins...thanks to the Bitinstant team!

I did have to wait some time ( almost 2 weeks for one and a couple days for the second) to get my issues resolved, BUT the team was very helpful and did resolve the issue. I will continue using bitinstant always Smiley

Hey Yankee,
I emailed BitInstant a few days ago about having funds sent to a wrong mtgox account # and got a reply from Rachel. I was able to contact Mt. Gox to freeze the funds in the wrong account, and they now ask that you guys contact them for further action, but I haven't heard from Rachel or anyone since then. If you could follow up on those emails asap that would be great.

for over a month now i have had 1000$ in transfers not processed. You claim no one have ever been done wrong and i agree you guys run a tight ship but as of this point i have been terribly wronged and i need to be worked with to have a solution.

Hey chasemac21, email ZipZap the account number and amount that you had sent found in your "successful transaction verification email".

Ask ZipZap for the Merchant Order ID.

They will send you the information (Order ID) which you can send here to Yankee Smiley

and then just wait for it to process!

I paid for Bitcoins to e-mail a few hours ago now. Still nothing. I use Bitinstant to get my coins QUICKLY. The past 2 times I haven't gotten my coins in "under an hour" like the website states. I contacted customer support and no response, of course just like the last time this happened. I could really use some help here as I have an extremely important purchase to make.

I think if I can get this handled today I might continue to use bitinstant. But the last 3 times. Have had issues that take a couple days to get resolved. They do ultimately get resolved but not quite the timeframe most of us are looking for. At this point i think I would rather have a refund of my $503.95. Got confirmation from zip zap 30 sec. after payment. Have not received one email from bitinstant to confirm payment. NOT ONE!
