I made a BitInstant Moneygram transaction on the 29th at 3:27 pm PST and it hasn't gone through 3 days later. I've sent numerous emails to support starting one hour after it failed to hit my MtGox account. Support replied that they are doing ZipZap orders by hand due to some delays with MoneyGram and ZipZap. Is that still the case? I just hope it goes through, it's pretty frustrating to see 00000 in my MGX account every time I check. Charlie could you help me please? The reference number is 53475667, the amount $483.95, account number 844533760.
same problems here, two transactions on moneygram went through successfully, no credit in my btc-e account. it has already been two days for me. seems the people throwing the fits and accusations are getting credited first. nice guys finish last!!

I have two transactions I placed on saturday that went successfully through zipzap, but my btc-e account wasn't credited. No response to emails. They were worth 499.95 each for:

Just tried out your service. My store receipt and the time it got onto the block chain differed by 14 seconds. Can I get a refund?  Grin Just kidding.

CHARLIE:!!! DUDE NEITHER OF MY 2 503.95 TRANSACTIONS ARE THERE.  not the one you have said you processed twice already, last night and today, and not the  one you said IRA will have to do... im getting a little annoyed... i can email you the wallet info again if need be. Its gettin to the point where i am ready to start asking compensation. I dont want a REFUND i want the coin to make it to my wallet..
now i have a 3rd transaction that i tried sending to a different wallet thinking maybe that the problem but that hasnt shown up either. for 203.95..  that means i have a total of over 1200.00 in bitcoin waiting on you guys. please throw some extra coin in there or something chief cuz everyone else seems to be getting theres taken care of but me.

I have an order from over the weekend that never went through as well.  It was supposed to put money in my Mtgox account but still hasn't.  I emailed support, and got a response explaining the issues that Bitinstant is having and was assured that it would go through manually and soon.  I've since replied to that e-mail (because my order still hasn't gone through) but cannot get a second response from you.  Please help me, this is my first interaction w/ bitinstant and it has been far from pleasant so far. 

Also:  I am a new member and it says I cannot send PMs....

Hey guys.  Just wondering, are you guys all caught up on support emails?  I have a deposit from over the weekend that never went through, I'm guessing because of low reserves based on the error I got.  Just looking for some reassurance "we'll get to it" or "it's being worked on".   Roll Eyes
