I'm just wondering, since everyone else seems to  be getting they're issues resolved, if there is any chance that mine will be resolved before the end of THIS YEAR?]. I mean it's been two months!!!!. I've tried being nice, tried being rude, been patinet, impatient. Still two months!!!!. I can't understand how a professional company cna let this go on for two months. Two months!.Two months and still nothing but excuses. Two months now. How come everyone else is getting they're issues resolved but I'm not? It just seems like it coiuld have been resloved two months ago. Indeed you led me to believe it would be. And yet here I am two months later, trying and failing to be patient. Very unprofesssional, Newbies be warned. Stay away!!!. My issue- money via zip zap went to wrong Mt Gox account number two months ago. Two months ago. Excuse from bitinstant 1)computer probelms, 2) Someone sick 3) Mt Goxs fault 4)Computer problems etc etc repeat for two months. They're working to resolve this issue, for two freaking months Two months!. If you can resolve all these issues that have poppped up in just the last week  surely you can resolve mine. Its been two freaikng months.!!!!

I also sent 400USD to bitinstant and after several calls and emails and live chat replied to by both Charlie and Rachel( I even spoke t Rachel on the phone) I was told by Rachel that I would be taken care of and also received an email that stated the same.  I originally placed my order on Saturday Dec 29.  Here we are and its Wednesday evening and still no bitcoins.  For all the advertising of prompt service this is the furthest from the truth.  Can somebody anybody help me?

Hello everyone. This Saturday I deposited $158.95, including the zip zap fees at a CVS moneygram. I used the option to deposit it into my Mt Gox account, yet it never appeared. Will the money show up eventually, or is there something that needs to happen to get it there? Thanks in advance!

Just tried to transfer funds via blockchain.info with bitinstant and it transferred my funds to the wrong wallet (i am not even sure how this is possible) I contacted support but they were not much help. if you tell me what details to give you, maybe you can help me out? just let me know what you need from me, thanks.


I have this same exact problem. I have tried to contact you guys over a period of four hours over numerous ways, but I have been unsuccessful. I have had successful transactions with you guys in the past, so there should be no reason why this one didn't work? Please help me out. Thank you!
