Apparently input my email incorrectly because I never received a receipt for the order by email (so I don't have the order #).

My order was in Sunday, funds sent Monday afternoon. I've submitted a support ticket (no response) and a support email (no response). For my full personal info, you can look at those requests, not gonna post it here, but I don't have an order #. Email is [email protected].

MtGox gave me a number separate from my account number for your service, a number that's always worked before, but this time your service asked for it to start with M and end in X. Wasn't sure why, so I just appended that to the number I had. Apparently you needed this number: M70139749X, and I gave M139749X.

still not fixed. These wait times are absurd. I'm missing 2 characters from the account number I gave to BitInstant. It would take one person 30 seconds to fix that.

I had the EXACT same problem at almost the same time.  Previously, I had used the 6-digit number that MtGox initially gave me when I opened the account.  Then Bitinstant changed their interface so that it specifically requests an M_______X account number at about the same time that MtGox, without informing its customers, changed the format used for their account numbers.  I'm suspicious that MtGox may have intentionally changed the account number format so that they could embezzle funds in this way. 

If you did manage to find a resolution to this problem, I would obviously be very interested in hearing about it.  If not, then I will continue trying to find others who were robbed in the same way.  Together we would at least have more leverage.

Can I get your email so I can verify that your issue was logged at bitinstant.com/contact ?

Can't use bitinstant service. I fill the inicial form , complete the game , but when i click send funds buton nothing happen. Inicial page is reload , no error message.

My country is not listed on inicial page... is that a problem ?

I'm just trying to do an electronic exchange no fiat money involved !

In most cases I would point you to the front page of bitinstant where it says, "limits 500 for all transfers, 1000 for cash bank deposits, 2000 per per day, minimal order 20"

However, because your country is not supported, I'm not sure how you can expect a solution.  Sorry.

What concerns me is that this investment was made last fall, and all of the big Bitinstant problems have occurred since then.  It means that the money didn't prevent major issues, and the Winklevi (the Winklevoss twins, of Facebook fame) didn't step in and make heads roll when the value of their $1.5M investment began plummeting along with Bitinstant's reputation.  I wonder if they have seen this thread lol.

Why would this thread be an issue?  It is proof that when customers have problems that we are here to help resolve them.

I've done a lot of research and read many reviews about bitinstant. I have faith in your company and decided to pull the trigger today and use your service for three transactions and hope to use your service for many more. However, none of the three transactions from today hit my wallet or show on blockchain. I have logged my issue at bitinstant.com/contact already and received an email from Seth stating that this would take several hours to fully process the orders; totally fine with that and wanted to list my info here also. Hoping to see bitcoins by the morning so that I can write  many positive reviews about your awesome service and company. I would expect you should see these transactions show up within the next few hours as they mostly tend to resolve themselves.

We are working on resolving delays before they happen on these types of orders...sorry for any issues.

Not a problem at all and I definitely appreciate your hard work (I've read this entire thread and seen how much work you've had to do with the increased demand). We are seeing some odd delays with BTC to email and BTC address.  I started noticing them when Gox went down the other day.  Generally they were resolving themselves with a slight delay but now we are seeing some longer delays between the time we say the order is executed and when it actually hits the blockchain.

We are still looking into this issue and working closely with Coinapult to understand the causes of these delays so we can stop them before they happen.

There is no reason to double log the same issue.  Creating duplicate tickets will only potentially slow down your resolution.

If you have a particular issue then it should be logged once.  After that I can verify if it is already logged with your email.  But logging duplicate issues will only slow down your resolution time.  Communicate thru the one thread / support ticket so we can successfully track your issue and bring you a result quickly.  Smiley
