Loking at BitMine's neww lineup, would be nice if my 520 system that AMT was strictly a reseller of, not a builder - gets upgraded to the 600GH BMch replaced that model with...
One can always dream...
If the network increases so much that the next level miner also can’t meet ROI, the product upgrade will continue to the next AMT product which is
profitable. Therefore, no matter what happens, our clientele will be left a ROI either way. Plain and simple. We want our clientele to know that AMT cares about it’s clientele and AMT is a brand that consumers can rely on and trust.
ROI is defined as “a return on investment”.

generally speaking you are right but in this case the implied warranty is return of investment with a profit
the question is, will AMT honer it?

MPP, LOL!!
uh, no, they will not honor it. I asked 3 times about the MPP. 1 partial reply, "you're miner already shipped". so what, honor it and send another board, in a half ass effort to honor it. I knew 2 weeks before my rig showed up that it would not ROI 6 months from quoted delivery date. Seeing as i only had 5 months left on that 6 month window, it lessened my shot at ROI even more.
If i mine BTC directly, i'm lucky to get .01btc/day. .01*30=.3*5=1.5BTC 1.5BTC * $630(generous pricing there) = $945 hmmm, let me see, rig cost $1500+160 for shipping, and it brings in $945 minus power over th remaining 5 months. That's not even close to ROI. I ran these numbers well before my rig shipped and let AMT know about it.
So where's my upgrade per the MPP? It sure aint here.
