Everything Phin has posted is in the open domain and he is entitled to express his opinion whether I agree with his tactics or not. If I knew in November What I know today because of Phin's research I doubt I would have sent AMT my hard earned money and wouldn't be in this mess.

Wrong... it will matter if you filled these complaints. You have a basis for your case in court. Furthermore, bankruptcy is not excempt from fraud.

The complaint AMT should be really afraid of is the FTC complaint. If they are guilty of wire-fraud, that would be a very serious offense that entails jail time.

Well AMT has a D+ in terms of their rating. Eventually there will be more organized and official sources as the cyrpto-mining community grows. Their rating was at a B+ at one point. They haven't gotten to BFL level delay levels. Not yet anyway. Too bad they have not made good on their word on updating.
