You said it all they are in the market to sell off their token and will do anything legal to promote what they have. The market will have the final say on the position and value of what they have as token. Investing public are not novice in all these market sentiments. Bitcoin will remain the crypto leader and also leading in the market cap.

Talking down a project to promote yours is a bad idea and has repercussions. But in any case, can any yet-to-be-lunched coin conveniently talk down on bitcoin when they know that they have a lot to learn from it? It is up to the cryptocurrency enthusiasts to decide. As for me, I can never get carried away with this.

Naah, I don't think this will hit bad on bitcoin. These kinds of ads attract people to get their hands into crypto and tokens, and this will eventually lead them to research, and sooner they will realize the real deal on bitcoins - then they will support it.

Let these pigs do the nasty tricks and let us all buy on dips.

Haven't noticed that trend at all. Then again, I don't waste much time reading about new ICOs unless they're work related. But haven't people always been joking about Bitcoin anyway? Doesn't necessarily translate to negative impact. They say any news is good news, and the more people hear about it, the more likely they are to want to learn more about it - just like I did when I first heard about it. It took me years before I finally got down to using it, but might have been longer had I not heard about it first.

Besides, these people you talk about all understand how their fates are tied to Bitcoin's fortunes. Even the most voracious attacked or Bitcoin (let's say BCH for example) won't deny that their destinies for now are determined by Bitcoin's.

They are just saying things to make their project a lot of investors and attention, there is no way that new altcoins or ICO projects will be able to take down or be the strongest digital currency which is Bitcoin.

it's their marketing strategy, let them do whatever they feel is right. They should alays give credit to bitcoin, as without it they wouldn't be doing this. But if their project is better, let them prove it

I think that is a very dirty way to advertise coin, there's no discrimination in advertising and selling tokens or coins.

Lol. If you show an unknown ico ad to anybody telling them their project would trample bitcoin would you take it seriously? I don't see any ico that can even touch ethereum much more bitcoin. And they'll be making a mistake there since it'll only be considered novelty by most users

I don't like people to joke in business like these, because resource are involved. Bitcoin business is a serious one that not require joke or to play with, currently they are many alt-coin creating to improved that is the best, by using a social media and other means to advert. by creating more aware to investors to come in during the ICO sales, with a serious business.
