I think in all this chaos, some ICO will deliver and remain as the "blue chips": ETH, EOS, NEO, etc.
Looking at mining stocks on venture markets, ICO are not worst if not better.

I can't tell how many stocks I keep in an investment account that worth under a penny now.
What matter are the ones that pay - hopefully they cover the cost fort the other ones.

Only those close minded people will be affected by this fake news. ICOs will not overcome the popularity of bitcoin and we all now that this is close to impossible to happen. Maybe it is a part of their promotion and everyone has a freedom of speech so they can tell whatever they want. People would not believe anyways.

this is one of the promotional strategies of the market, it is clear that the king of coins is still a bitcoin, and you know that every market coin that occupies the upper level is still bitcoin, and I see bitcoin and other tokens coins are interconnected, try to see bitcoin price down then token others also automatically decreased, that's what I read a little from some time ago

yes, the promotion about bitcoin is hard, we don't know why many companies especially big companies like facebook, twitter that have the big social media don't want to promote bitcoin, they don't get the negative reputation if they put it on their website, but they stop promote bitcoin. I think the best ways to promote bitcoin by making a story about your experience in bitcoin like trading, mining, and anything else

I agree it can be dangerous, the marketing strategy I guess is to appear competitive but at the same time how many of these companies that are going to replace bitcoin are actually up and running

You're missing the point. Maybe they're not in the same basket as samsung or apple, but they still have a product to advertise and they won't be doing that by saying that their product is crap.

Well if they say that there product is a crap no one will actually buy it but the reason of advertisement having a commercial of some product like samsung or apple is like competition. People will actually buy things like they really want but they don`t preview first the item for example phones, the quality of a phone is really important in order to gain long term things.

Why not share some links about tht joking or bullying about bitcoin from ico?and why bothers you?ofcourse they will use bitcoin to ride with popularity,since bitcoin is the most popular and successful coins they will use its name to promote theyre shitcoins for me this has nothing to do with reality,what i will advice you is just close your eyes everytime this kind of issue comes your way because this wont help you in either way

Can you show the link of this "new ICO companies"?
Are they using the most popular script "the next bitcoin?" "an emerging token that will replace bitcoin"? like this one? FUDs will never stopped unless we see the price of bitcoin head back to all time high. Though others might stop but most of them won't.

they will not win against bitcoin, because of the way their promotion is wrong then people will not be sympathetic to their ico company. people are so fond of bitcoin that people are working hard to get it, even though bitcoin prices are slightly below and that will not affect them. so they will just waste their time and effort by promoting them that way.

Well, we all know that, it's their marketing strategy. They can't break bitcoin now, they would able to say negative about it but, those people earning would mind it. Soon, bitcoin will be number around the globe.

A new form of fooling people to invest on their project. Basically, if you see this kind of advertisement on the specific project, for sure they are just trying to collect money and leave the business later on. Bitcoin can't be replaced by anyone this year or in the coming years so better for those ICO to stop from doing that.

I don't see any reason why competition shoudn't be welcome in cryptocurrency. New ICOs are investing in new technology to address most problems that bitcoins is unable to solve. So their promotion isn't negative or joke as you see it.

Yes,the people those dont know about bitcoin hence they are joking about bitcoin because they cant believe that our bitcoin can pay more than they full day daily wages work,but i think nowadays bitcoin creates a new era which everyone can understand value of bitcoin themself.

I think that they mainly forget that even the altcoins are valued in bitcoin and if bitcoin becomes zero,then the altcoins and their tokens would have to become zero.

this is just unexpected from the companies offering ICOs. This will negatively affect btc and ultimately affect the overall industry.Bounty managers should highlight the points to the company spokesperson.
