In promotion we can't erase the facts that there are situations like that where in some of them doing or making negative information or news to their competitors just to have a good promotion or interpretation to their own company. But it is also true that this is not good or unfair to other company. However, I believe that even there some negative or bad news about some things well it's only up to us if we wanted to believe or not. It's always base on the people's beliefs although making negative news is really gives a big impact or effects.

advertising or news that corners like this is one that damages the image of bitcoin in ordinary people but for those of us who already understand bitcoin, blokhcain and crypto will not be affected by news like this

The entire crypto market is competing against each other and every coin in the market is dizzying against each other which is not great to hear because i was attracted in this market is because of bitcoin and lets see what the lightning network could bring to the table.

That's is what we call "Marketing Strategy". You'll trash old and proven products just to attract new and ignorant customers thus misleading them to hate the whole industry. It has negative effects yes but the old users will be laughing because if you are a smart customer you'll research first before doing anything. At the end of the day only ignorant customers are being scammed.

Let them continue doing so, they also know the reality that bitcoin will remain the strongest. Even to buy other coins, an investor needs bitcoins.

Anyone should not be bothered about news such as that, a lot of time I have seen several altcoin claiming to be the next bitcoin or planning to replace bitcoin. We all know its an advertisement strategy to convince the newbie to buy into their ICO. There is nothing wrong in doing advertisements or trying to portray your coin as the best, but do it in your own way, sell your own project to the populace rather than dragging bitcoin into your own publicity stunt that might eventually pay of because for someone like me, I lose interest in such project.

I agree what the above said that this is just their marketing strategy because if you think of it deeply they never have their own code for making a token that has a blockchain and in fact they were just revising the codes of bitcoin to make their own token. Well, this is really how the market works, you have to do something in order to notice your product.
