Support for Yaamp has beed added to Awesome Miner. When mining for any of the Yaamp pools, the current profitability per day will be displayed.

The Yaamp pools are also supported by the Awesome Profit Switching feature, that automatically switches to the most profitable pool.

We just have one X15 coin at this time. We're still looking for good X15 coins to add.

As soon as we get on our feet after the recent and sudden increase in hashpower, we'll certainly be looking at adding scrypt mining.

is there a way to have identifiers for each miner mining on the same address?

not sure if that's what you need, but you can use the password to identify miners.

Any chance of adding Scrypt autoswitch mining to your website anytime soon?

do you plan in the future to add some other mining option like x15 or you will keep up just with x11 and x13?

We have received a few suggestions. The most recurrent being the lack of individual stats. That's true. In the next version we'll have the last 24 hours hash stats for every user.

Another comment we've got is regarding the complexity of the wallet page where it shows that huge fat matrix of all your coins immature and confirmed. It's been said that it isnt that useful as the only really interesting info is the balance and the current paying price per mh.

After thinking about it, we came up seeing PAY PER SHARE as maybe a good solution. That way, every submitted share would be paid directly in BTC to your balance account according to the current paying price. Users wouldnt need to bother with the details of maturation, orphaning and exchange delay. The current paying price would be computed based on the most profitable coin of the moment. The other advantage is that users will get a more stable stream of revenue. You know what you'll get. We would still use the same pool engine and profit should be the same, with less delay and more stability. We should still keep a page where you can see the coins beeing mined.

We'll probably do that unless you guys have objections and think it's a real bad idea.

Hello,

Im no expert in sgminer configuration and even though im not sure about the "tcp-keepalive" parameter behavior, i'd try to change it 60.

I dont think "no-submit-stale" is related to your connection problem. But it's recommended to send stale submits on our pool ("no-submit-stale": false). You'll have more rejected, but also a slight performance improvement.

If that doesnt fix you issue, we can setup a debugging session so we can dig down the problem.

good job!

but i have a problem here.
sgminer always lost connection to the pool 0.  it will reconnect a few minutes later.
is there something wrong in my conf or just network problem?

We modified our software so it's less aggressive on low difficulty coins. It didnt matter much before, but now we're starting to have some good hashpower. Almost enough to mine DRK, if it were profitable.

Currently most of the mining is on X11 coins. X13 is mining too but with less profitable coins. Our software is ready for X15, we're just looking to add coins.

We added an IRC chat channel here http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=#yaamp for questions or suggestions.

strategy is good,
but not have enough hashrate to get block rewards...

so i put my garden to the pool 1 hour ago.
now it's much faster and making profits.

Wow yes that's a big add to the pool hashpower. Cheesy I even double checked the other day if it was real hashpower as the profit wasnt that good for a little while. It's back now to a respectable level. Smiley

We have relocated our servers today. That should help to lower stales and make the pool more scalable for more coins. Only the x11 pool is active at this time. The scrypt and x13 are not that profitable and werent really used. But we plan to keep an eye on x13 and x15 and activate them soon.

More X11 coins have been installed: CTZ, DIS, SUPER, BTCX, MUN, LGC and QBC.

Darkcoin is installed but will be mined when we get more hashpower.

How much hashpower is enough for DRK ?

Coins are being mined when the "Time To Find" is below 5 hours something (20 000 seconds to be exact)

We never mined DRK so far.

Just a little word to answer a question that has been asked in the email regarding block distribution among miners.

We use the regular proportional model with a little variation. Every submitted share is accumulated with its specific diff and when a new block is found, it's shared proportionally among all accumulated shares. The variation is that shares are not all deleted after a block is found. The pool always keeps at least the last five minutes of submitted shares. So that if two blocks are found within a few seconds, the second will still be fairly distributed.

And by the way, thanks to carrotX who proposed we install PIGGY. We've got two blocks this afternoon. That's very very lucky considering our relatively low hashrate.

I'm digging it. Er...I mean mining it. Wink Just pointed my miners your way.

Something happened to coinmine.pw today, so I was happy to find this alternative.

Thanks! Smiley

Welcome new miner! Cheesy

We added a few more X11 coins and also added an "experimental" X13 pool (port 3633) with only 3 coins for now. X13 looks very profitable.
