I got that wrong - Yes there seems to be volume but this seems to be only the ETNs which were already at Cryptopia by the time the wallet maintenance kicked in. The other pairs trade with fairly low volume...

Go into balances and hover the mouse over the wallet and it will show a popup with the details. They don't have it in their news section yet for whatever reason. They say everything is ok, just routine maintenance.

When the pool front end went down on the US dev team pool we lost roughly 4 hours of mining at 40,000 (40 k/h) hashes speed when it went down in the first 24 hours.

Contraband, i sent the ETN team an email. It wasn't a pleasant email because I am no longer able to wait for a response more than 2 weeks now. Unless every employee i saw in their videos is a developer can you ask them kindly to look again at the email I sent from our teams email [email protected] and handle this issue. I was notified the official pool is now live.

Is it safe to consider at this stage our team has been scammed out of the coins we are owed due to 'technical errors' by the Electroneum team and their official pool on launch? Let us know so I can relay this to our community.
It would be nice to get some clarity on this, whether the coins are there or if they have dissapeared into the abyss, and ideally a bit of info on why if that is the case.
I know I was mining on that pool for ~10hrs without reward because my miners were successfully submitting shares so no red flags were thrown, it was only after I got back from work and checked my wallet did I realise there had been no payouts during that period.

I myself am always held accountable for any mistakes made and as a multi project team member we are forced to pay, take action on anything that was not delivered to our investors. Our team is trying to be patient, but over a month for a pool error is much,much too long.

Same problem here, i sent 220 ETN a few hours ago and still doesn't show nothing in cryptopia. Both TX have hundreds of confirmations.
They will go through once the wallet is out of maintenance. Until then, your ETN is safe on the blockchain. No need to worry, you will have them soon.
