They are kids who have no idea what they are doing and are afraid of being caught. They don't give a shit to anyone but themselves. They aren't profissionals and have left trails, but it seems people don't care when robbed + mocked. Such a passive and complacent world we live in.
I cannot dedicate my life to this, but I surely will not stop hunting them. I am not like those people and I will not let anyone steal $1 or $1 million from me. At least I will have tried.

So, in fact they are german, so I thought.
We have their country, their IP, information that they belonged to (or perhaps even owned) a counter strike clan named eXo. This is perhaps their website: http://exo-online.de/
I have never done this before, but let's keep on digging. Their IP is golden and I salute you for that! I doubt that was a proxy, since they would have picked another country for that if that was the case. I wish bitcointalk.org would be more active on helping scammers being caught. Unfortunately they do NOTHING. They could provide at least a list of IPs. Perhaps we could push the moderators on helping us on this obvious scam, since it is all here in the open and no doubt they robbed us.

I am keeping an eye on eadeqa and any other person who tries to discourage further investigation as anyone doing so would obviously be linked to them or is completely retard/cold person.

Exo, the clock is ticking and the time is moving, soon the police will be telling you from time to time: in a few weeks you will be out, just to say that again when the time is due. Germany is not a lawless country and you are going to get what you deserve, either from the state or the people.

The only information I have is his originating IP address when he was sending out support requests.  He changed it later to no longer show the originating ID, but at least one of my mails has this included in the header:

84.151.100.14 was registered to him.  It originates in Germany, connected with the Deutsche Telekom Agency, and a number of Geolocation based IP lookup services indicate Diepholz area but they can be off.


I have contacted various places associated with his web server and IP but they cannot do much without a court order due to confidentiality type of things.  Just for shits and giggles, and to feel a little better, I reported him to th German equivalent of FBI and some German securities place with nice letters explaining there was someone commiting fraud in their country.


What else can I do?  I have been making weak attemtps at making connections and finding more (going through message histories of those involved) but am not sure if I will find much.


I am curious how involved the moderator of reddit/r/exocoin is as they left a lot of identifiable clues,  but they could just be another sucker like most of us here


Edit:  I had such a huge hope that the hackers who took over BitcoinTalk did so to get IP addresses of all the scammers.

This is the second time you attempt to discourage tracking the thieves. They have to send the btc back, as agreed. You are the real idiot for trying to defend thieves. They said they would send the btc back over and over. It wasn't agreed that if the product failed to suceed they would keep the btc, ever. It's rather suspicious the way you relentlessly defend them. I wouldn't be surprised if you had vested interest on them not being found, probably you are linked to them or perhaps you are part of their group.

Deny and try to discourage all you want, you are just motivating me further. Hopefully more people will notice you are part of group and will feel mocked by you and will join on tracking them.

They don't have to give anything back. They tried but failed to release bug free product. They wasted their time, and you wasted your BTC.

They aren't professionals. We could track them, but seems I am the only one interested.
I will keep on tracking them relentlessly on my spare time. I am sure I will find them eventually. But since nobody else is interested, I will probably stop once I receive my stolen funds.

This is all sad. Lucky to see, that less and less of these f*** ups are happening lately!

More info. I honestly hope someone well experienced find them and take their btc. I bet they must have some more than the stolen ones.

Translation: Refunds should commence right after the deadline for claims which is the end of the month.

I'm guessing we will hear more at the end of the month or early June. I am pretty confident that they will keep their word as they could have easily ran off long ago.... they have no reason to stall as there isn't anything that can be done anyway!

You took the risk in investing in something. They produced software that doesn't work. They wasted their time, you wasted your BTC. It's even. There should be no returns for risky investments, especially when there was escrow also available 

 

I know right? People still awaiting and some of them have strong stockhold syndrome and even defend these guys. It's clear they planned on scamming from the beggining. If they did want to refund investors they would have done so years ago. It only takes 3 minutes to send the btc back. They are stalling since october.

Now some of you might say "well why dont they disappear?" simple, they are scared of reactions. They left some trails and only are caring for themselves. They want this to be stalled for as long as possible so people would forget about them/not care when they finally disappear for good.
We need to teach these guys a lession and hunt them down. I know I wouldn't care if somebody killed them. Does the world a favor IMO
