The developers hope to see Potcoin become available, and open up on about 4/19/2014, or 4/20/2014 ( the unofficial National Holiday for Weed). With marijuana legislation passing in Washington and Colorado, and legislation being introduced all over the country, it only makes sense to have an alternative currency specific to these purchases. Of course, since big banks are making it difficult for legitimate Weed Shop owners to deposit funds into their Banks; you would think it would only make sense to accept payment in Potcoin.
We could possibly be only a few years away from a very different world in terms of how crypto currencies are used. I suspect Potcoin, will be the future Bitcoin, except it wont be as over valued. I also believe Potcoin will be used to help support marijuana legalization efforts, research, and efforts to show medical marijuana is not only safe, but has the potential to cure. Bitember Pool is under a DDoS attack but we managed to filter most of the botnet and only the front-end is down for now. (only for security and to keep mining stable)

we are now up 94%. i reckon $1m mkt cap by morning
natural growth happens over years, not all the sudden. the coin is probably being prepumped, and yes, it will go up, but you better cash out at the correct timetoo bad only the few ppl pumping it know when that is, ussualy middle of the night so all the noobs wake up to being owned out of 80% of their BTC
again look how litecoin, bitcoin, they were dormant for years, and then boom. virtual currency is the future where the markets are worth trillions, are you really expecting a slow rise if its a good coin. listen mate we can go on and on, but nothing you say will change my mind. if you posted yesterday i would not be in a nice bit of profit which i am adding to when i can. as far as pumps, this would not rise slowly if it were a pump, understand that.

No, it is real demand. There is a lot of interesting growing in this coin. Most of the buys are not large buys anyways. Very minimal buy/sell walls.

Something will replace bitcoin someday. Nobody knows what or when. It would be nice to have some actual evidence of the investment rather than just claiming they have money. A bit unprofessional, but it doesn't prove much yet until further information is divulged.

i think coins like these feed off new people, which is why its so hyped on social media and whatnot, cuz most of those people listening to shit about crypto on social media are new, and have NO understanding how crypto really works, they just buy into what people tell them, without their own research. this coin fits that perfectly, plus its good name, its easy money
i use social media as a starting point, to maybe hear of a new coin or whatever, but if your putting hard earned money into something, i would think you would want to do some real research, like i do also, before throwing money at it.

Well, there's hundreds of coins you can put your money into.
But how many coins are you going to get behind and do something to help make them successful? That's the difference really between a speculator and an investor. If you are an investor, then you care about the future of the coin, if you are a speculator, then you are only in it for short term gains and don't want to invest any time or effort to make the project successful.
I suggest everyone pick coins that they honestly feel have good developers/community and invest for the long-haul. Your efforts will be multiplied

why would you buy into something so obviously setup to make the creators money. your just giving them free money for doing nothing. suncoin is not the coin you should be buying, or potcoin.

I'm not going to conferm or deny any accusations against sun because I have no idea but all I can say is that I have seen some 110,000 sun's for sale for not that much and even some 206,000 and more for sale for some btc, which were not that much. If I had that money to invest, I would have. I don't know who mined all those coins or what kind of rigs they used because most I seem to get from sun was about 100k tops on 642khash/sec rig.
As for potcoin dev, he did say he was doing some things to help the coin value and going to make his own market for it later. Now this 100k investment, it was supposed to or is supposed to help the coin value so whatever, whoever you are, you may have some truth to both of the things you last said.

Guys nothing is deleted. We take 1% of genesis block [needed for QT] to make the coin. Its still fair for everybody.
Code is opensource and we dont hide anything.

the devs ar right. taking Genesis block [out of what i counted less than 1% !!!] is not premine.
all devs take Genesis blocks, and some even do premines of 2-5%. this coin is full safe and good to go.
