10k I think is the score it gets for general crypto community awareness and involvement maybe. Zero would represent a dead coin with no activity/volume occurring, market price can be something else not always straight forward either as it relies on liquidity.
The price I see mentioned there is $60 which is roughly the oil barrel price when PTR was all planned out and Ive read that mentioned before. Also some figure of 16 but not sure how that is being calculated

Did you watch the video, i don't think you did ,Maduro has an opposition candidate that might win the election, The USA are just interfering to manipulate and destabilize the election, every country has a government and an opposition, USA just want to be in control of Venezuela resources, Maduro might be dictatorial in your eyes just like 98% of African countries but he the only President having heavy sanctions that blocks him from properly lead his country as a president.
Councerning our Petro I said before it's a risky investment....A risk I am willing to take, no big deal...

To transfer them you would have to pay a fee (levy) in petro:presale_transfer tokens. Very correct observations, I even tried to send some Petros and it's blocked...Petro is not yet active neither are the exchanges like OCTAEX and Stock Exchange.
