I missed the opportunity of playing the match on total goal because it does not really require so much analysis to know that both teams are in their top scoring form. Their previous meetings also support the idea that there would be many goals in the match. I even feel it would have been risky to predict a direct win for either of them because they are both at par in terms of rating so playing them on total goals was the most reasonable thing to do. The odd was even big compared to how minor the risk of playing them on total was. Maybe I will try again next with Arsenal against Ipswich.

Definitely a good result for them without a doubt, they are looking as good as possible and I believe they are going to keep getting good results until the end of the season, I am not seeing them getting too far away from championship possibility. People have less hope for them this season and I am expecting them to have a good run now and could rival City in points as well, there aren't that many big games left for them, or shouldn't at least, they could get good wins. The problem right now is that they are having some injury troubles but if they can overcome that then they could be very good.

Arsenal getting a draw here is a huge achievement that people do not realize yet, Liverpool is a serious title contender and this is why Arsenal had to get a good result, if they were fully healthy then the expectation should have been a win, but with this many missing players, and a tired Arsenal, the result is fine as a draw and gives hope for the rest of the season.

Finally the Management have seen that he's not leading  the team anywhere, this was a long awaited news by fans and i think lost of them would be so happy cause everyone backed the manager to succeed but his Premier league record was very poor and after the defeat against Westham United, it became clear to the board who gave him the most backings that Erik Ten Hag is not the rightful manager that would try to lead them close to glory days atleast. News have it that Erik Ten Hag has left his residence at Manchester and would be heading back to Netherlands soonest, he was so fast to leave the city it seems he was prepared for a possible termination of contract and I believe he won't find it difficult to get another Managerial role somewhere else, probably at Netherlands where he's from. Can't wait to see who the next manager would be, my thought's that they'll make Van Nistelrooy the Interim manager and take their time to deliberate on a better manager that would lead the team back to glory days, some of my friends thinks it would be Xavi but I doubt, well let's see how it goes.

Yesterday match between Arsenal vs Liverpool team was a draw. The game was tough between the two teams as the performances of the players of both teams were equal. Arsenal team player B. Saka scored the 1st goal in 9 minutes and M. Merino scored the 2nd goal in 43 minutes. On the other hand Liverpool team  Players V. van Dijk scored the 1st goal in 18 minutes and M. Salah scored the 2nd goal in 81 minutes to draw the match.

This is a decision that's long overdue but it's still a good news to Manchester United fans that the club management have finally accepted to take the crucial decision and let go of Erik ten Hag who's contract was renewed less four month ago. About who's likely to succeed him, Ruud Van Nisterooy have already been announced the interim manager while they continue to search for who will permanently succeed him. There are reports that former Barcelona manager Xavi Hernandez is likely to be the best manager of Manchester United but I don't know if that'll finally come to reality

This has to be the most unexpected result of the games played yesterday. Arsenal are facing injury crisis and with Saliba out, I thought Liverpool were going to absolutely destroy Arsenal. Arsenal were smart to park the bus in the later part of the second half. Going home with a point is better than none at all. I’m impressed with Arsenal’s performance, it just shows what they could have done if they had their full team.

For most European football fans, it would be very happy and joyful to hear the news of Ten Hag dismissal because actually many are waiting for this to happen but they don't dare to express it.
And now we as not MU fans are also happy to see this popular team get a better coach and return to its best performance with better results.
There will be several candidates but I hope MU management does not choose the wrong coach for the future of the team.

BTW, in yesterday's match I felt lucky because at first I thought Man United would win. After thinking about many things I chose to bet on the Asian total to avoid the bad things and ended up winning.

They gave Erik ten Hag enough time. In fact, I thought they were going to keep working with him until the end of the season, but in the end they fired him because they had to respond to criticism. I read that they have signed Ruud Van Nisterooy on a temporary basis. Erik ten Hag has been at the center of controversy for a long time. I think Manchester United should have been more prepared in such a situation. But they gave the team to someone inexperienced with a temporary signing. If this continues like this, they may not find anyone who wants to work at Manchester United.

I don’t know how @Oluwa-btc will feel hearing this news. He has always been a believer in Erik Ten Hag and his plans for the club. I assume there are other Manchester United fans who were also optimistic about Erik Ten Hag, they wouldn’t take this news lightly. I’m happy Erik Ten Hag but I’m also sad at the same time because this would mean I can’t pick on Manchester United anymore lol.

I'm always gutted when Manchester United has to sacked their manager. But there is an exception for Ten Hag, and finally, it was happening, and he deserved it. .He has been poorly managing his club.

It's very good to see Manchester United's management is finally using their sense to sack him. Happy to see the club is not delaying it any longer.

Breaking News: Erik ten Hag has been sacked as Manchester United manager. A statement later on Monday confirmed the news, which read:

 “Erik ten Hag has left his role as Manchester United men’s first-team manager.

“Erik was appointed in April 2022 and led the club to two domestic trophies, winning the Carabao Cup in 2023 and the FA Cup in 2024.

“We are grateful to Erik for everything he has done during his time with us and wish him well for the future.”

It’s finally happening. I have never been this excited about a person losing his job in my entire life. I had to double check the news on Fabrizio Romano and it looks legitimate. This is the beginning of a fresh start for Manchester United, getting a new manager is a step in the right direction. Next step is to overhaul this team of mediocre players that Erik Ten Hag assembled. 

Manchester United is suffering from winning mentality. They signed new players but unfortunately, they arrived and joined the losing culture of the team. How exactly do we expect Ten Hang to do after adding players like De light, Zirkzee, Ugarte, Højlund and others to the team? I know these players are not world class players but they are classic players that ought to have improved Manchester United. A club with a winning mentality will surely go far with these players including the ones they already have. The likes of Garnacho, Mainoo and the rest. We can't deny the fact that Manchester have a good squad they surely have no winning mentality and if that doesn't change, even if after bringing new couch they should not expect a different result.

I played a full-time draw game and it came through. For Arsenal to be without their defenders and captain and at the end of the day still getting a draw?  They did well to get that draw but at some point when taking theead I begin to wonder why attack when you can sit back and frustrate Liverpool players from equalizing. Too many injured players made them draw that game, I never saw Liverpool winning this game. Cole Palmer aand Jackson raising the bar week in and out for Chelsea all they need now is a proven striker and a center back which they be lacking. He should have scored more than that goal on Saturday but thanks to Aaron Ramsdale.

Wasn't expecting arsenal to win this game. Was sure both teams would score in the game but to say arsenal deserve a win against the Liverpool team that has remained one of the most consistent team in the season will be very biased. This is how the score line should be on a normal day  when these big teams are playing themselves. From the standpoint of who needs the point more, arsenal obviously needs it more though even if they had won, they wouldn't have gone up past the third position they are still occupying. All this small one and two points they are throwing away will hunt them real hard when the season is drawing to a close and they discover that what separate them from the top of the table is just a single point or two points.
strong win indeed. Newcastle defense wasn't good enough and Chelsea capitalized on it and played really well against them. The mentality and energy is superb and Jackson is currently giving to the team what was missing in the last season of the Chelsea attack. Currently, his attacking style is even better than that of halland because he has the ability to come back and create a lot of chances for his team mates in the midfield whiles still pushing upfront as a neutral attacker. With this current form, anything is possible and you might see them breaking past Aston Villa into the top 4 before the end of the season but even if they ends up fifth witj this kind of performance and depth of team they've built, it's still a good season for them.

No doubt the game between arsenal vs Liverpool was actually a fascinating encounter between these two teams no doubt because I was actually expecting a goals feast which played out as expected, and arsenal were able to put an end to the winning run of this Liverpool side, so in my own opinion I think that they really tried to hold this Liverpool team to a draw because the form this Liverpool side is in right now, it's only an extraordinary performance like this that can stop them from getting all the three point at the Emirates stadium, but I think that a draw was actually a fair result.

Then as for Chelsea, I think that they are making a great stride and their are much more improvement they have made this season in their performance and in result, and if they can continue in this vein of form, am very much positive that they can qualify for a place in the uefa champions league without much obstacles, because I believe that Aston villa will later fall off, if Chelsea is very much consistent in getting the desired result.

If they sack the manager and maybe get a better manager who can bring in two to three standard players. Could see things turn around for Manchester United.
Who would have though Chelsea with same players will be fighting for tool 4 this season considering how they ended last season. United needs a manager that will bring out the best in this players and also get rid of the ones that aren’t making impact in the team

I see no announcement from UEFA if they're gonna add new spots. I think Chelsea will qualify for the UCL by finishing in the top 4. They're still good so far. Fixing some minor mistakes on their defensive line may help them compete for 4th in the UCL, against Aston Villa.

I don't see a potential competitor for the last spot in UCL other than Villa. Their only main task is to beat Villa in the UCL spot competition.



The key is that Arsenal's defense was much weaker after Gabi and Timber went off due to the minor injury. I thought they could still lead the game by doing a parking bus if Gabi and Timber were not subbed off. So, 1 point looks very fair for them. It's better than losing three points.

Liverpool is also under pressure to hold on 1st stand. This shows how hard Liverpool try to equalize the score with the Parking Bus scheme where arsenal implementing it to hold their winning. When I look how hard to destroy the arsenal defense, Liverpool only rely on counter attacks, and finally succeeded after Darwin Nunez got Assist form Diaz, and to be fed to Mohammed Salah to equalize the score. Now, Liverpool's position was also shifted by Manchester City, it is becomes difficult to get it back, Liverpool are just waiting for the city lost it draw on next match which I thing it's look the mission impossible when they was on 1st stand premier league.

I also think that Liverpool should have won this time. Because there are indeed some key Arsenal players who are absent from this big match either due to injury or suspended because of a red card. But indeed, fortunately Saka has returned and joined the squad, this must be very good for Arsenal's performance. If from the statistics, their performance can be said to be very balanced, both of them did it very well, it's just that a draw is the best result for both of them at this time. and now, Man City is the top rank in the EPL standing.

Here we can see Saka's contribution to Arsenal, it is very significant and he remains a key player for the club.

I was expecting a win for Arsenal in a home game but it didn't happened.

Strong win also per Chelsea versus Newcasle, with this pace they can go in Chamspion League next year, if we will have one.
Premier should have 5 spots next year probably.
