Bro I am a Manchester United fan but this performance is so disappointing and bad. Never ever I expected them to be down this badly. Out of the 7 matches they played, only 2 wins.
Manchester United performance has been so bad since last season. I was thinking there will be improvement this season because Ten Hag was given money to sign some players, but even with the signings Ten Hag made, Manchester United performance is just getting worse, and from the way Manchester United management is silent about Ten Hag's performance, I don’t really think they are ready to let him go. Maybe they still want to give him more time if there will be changes, but I don’t think Ten Hag is just the right coach for Manchester United, and it’s better they let him go early before things get worse.

Southampton is currently on the verge of relegation and they are working hard to achieve it.
The 19th position on the table ain't cool at all. They're already in the relegation zone. I gotta say, this was a really tough one for wolves and Southampton as they may be out sooner or later.
Speaking of Southampton, they are actually used to this position because if you look at the last few seasons they have always come and gone from the EPL because in the end for the Championship they are always strong and difficult to beat but for the EPL of course it is different because in the end they always have difficulties when they are a promotion club to this highest competition.

7 Matches with 1 draw and 6 defeats is certainly not a very good thing for them and it will certainly be a little difficult to get out of the relegation zone because of their situation that suffered more defeats in the end.

Week 8 they will face Leicester, who in fact is a promoted club just like them, it's just that this will still be difficult for them to win even though they will play at St. Marry's, which is their home. I think a draw is still possible for this match but most likely with the current situation the probability of them losing will still happen again.

As much as you play for Manchester United, it's mandatory to defend the club. Today, most Manchester United players are not passionate about the club no more. Oh please, all thanks to Johnny Evans and the rest of the defenders, they complement themselves very well. At the end of the day, Johnny Evans was man of the match. There's nothing about strategy, it's just rotation honestly. I hate the way the ex players of Manchester United and sky sports target non british players and managers. This is not a good way to support the club honestly. Maybe Erik Ten Hag should drop Bruno Fernandez in my opinion next week.

Hey! I remember last season you defended Ten Hag and argued that he was a good, suitable manager for United. Judging by your message, you haven't changed your mind?
I wonder when you will start blaming him specifically? I understand that bad results are always a complex problem, but is Ten Hag really not guilty of anything again?
You can’t be active on football threads and not know Oluwa-btc is a strong Manchester United fan and a firm believer in Erik Ten Hag. He’s been in support of the manager and has defended him against every criticism on this thread as well as thread. We have had debates on the subject several times. I think only once have I seen Oluwa-btc opinion on Erik Ten Hag waver, it seems he’s gotten over it and back to his old self.

It is just not working out with Erik ten Hag. Why don't they understand this? I mean I believe this is a really good amount of time given to him to observe what he will do.

This is his 3rd season at Manchester United. It is a terrible start already. They are literally in 14th place... I don't know how much longer he will have excuses for these point losses.

I mean I don't even see this team really trying in the PL. Alex Ferguson is still following the team closely and he must be in pain.  Sad  This team has been in huge trouble for long years and nothing changes even when the owners change.

The position that is very close to the relegation zone is really painful and disappointing indeed, although there are still many opportunities to make improvements often  running the season but still, Manchester United has been far behind by other top teams in the Premier League standings. Not only in the Premier League, because Manchester United also only get two draws from the twomatches they have played in the Europa League. Thus, Manchester United management should be able to move quickly to get a new coach. Because at least,  there are still several well-known coaches who are currently not under contract with any team, for example like Tuchel I think it is still feasible to  replace Erik ten Hag.

Because of course, with a squad that can be said to be good but Erik ten Hag was unable to maximize the potential of each player to make Manchester United improve. There are some young Manchester United players who end up being sold and or loaned out, but after they play at other clubs the reality is that these players have good but poor performance at Manchester United. Thus, I think Erik ten Hag is indeed time to be fired, because there have been many fans complaining about him because of the bad results he has gotten so far.

It's not just Sir Alex himself who keeps a close eye on Manchester United, many of their former players keep a close eye on Manchester United who have continued to slump before Erik Ten Hag and Erik Ten Hag's coaching period.
In Erik Ten Hag's management, Ruud van Nistelrooy came into the ranks to help Erik Ten Hag including Ronaldo even though Ronaldo doesn't have a harmonious relationship with the current coach, but personally, Ronaldo still cares a lot about Manchester United.

Bro I am a Manchester United fan but this performance is so disappointing and bad. Never ever I expected them to be down this badly. Out of the 7 matches they played, only 2 wins. The fact they lost to Tottenham is funny to me, no offense to Tottenham fans. Liverpool and Manchester City with an amazing performance this season, I am sure one of them will be winning the cup, can already make a bet.
I feel that too. It seems to me Ten Hag has reached his peak last season, and this time, he's on the decline of his career as a coach. And i don't even think he can turn things around. There's zero reason to believe in him now. He needs to go.

He's had enough time to prove himself under the new structure. He has got INEOS's backing as well. But he has made no progress so far. I think he is out of excuses at this point. He can't still win the games with so much money he received it.

The sad part is, he did a lot of good things since he was appointed as the new manager. He won two trophies, overhauled the club, and tried to oversee a new era.

However, life must go on, and he's not good enough to stay on the club. Also, the majority of fans have lost their patience with him. Hopefully, Ineos can decide his fate very soon.

Agree. It is funny that a draw result is considered as an improvement of Man United performance. If they failed to win the match, it means no improvement at all.
I don’t know why people think there is improvement in Manchester United performance just because Manchester United played a draw in their last match against Aston Villa. Just a match can’t be used to judge if a club has improved, and Manchester United fans should even be ashamed. Manchester United's performance has been so poor to the extent that getting a draw is really a great achievement for them. Ten hag really made Manchester United look like a weak team to everyone. Manchester United are now struggling to win weak teams, which is really bad. Let’s see how they will play in their next match after the international break.
Aston Villa defeated Bayan Munich in the last Champions League match and they are doing well in the English Premier League, so many people think that Aston Villa might be a strong team and a draw against this strong team means a lot of improvement in their performance. Those who think so are essentially saying that Manchester United have improved their performance. But those who watched the match between Manchester United and Aston Villa live will tell you how sloppy Manchester United's game was. Manchester United performed in such a way that it felt like we were watching a local team. Manchester United did not have good pass accuracy in that match, nor did they have the ability to keep the ball in their favor, so how do some people think Manchester United improved their performance.

It is sad to see that Ten Hag is just in the club doing nothing to improve the team performance but coming out to the media to say that everything will be fine with time and that patience is needed for him to work on the team. I wonder when will this improvement will happen maybe after Manchester United have been relegated or finish on 16th position at the end of the season. I really can't figure out the relationship between Ten Hag and United management board.

Because Manchester United were able to get a draw in today's match doesn’t mean their performance is improving, just a match can’t be used to judge a club's performance. I know their performance wasn’t really bad in the match, I never expected a draw in the match. I was expecting Aston Villa to comfortably win the match, but both of them couldn’t score any goal in the match, and they both shared the point. Let’s see how Manchester United will perform in coming matches, but Manchester United getting a draw doesn’t mean Ten hag shouldn’t be sacked, because I don’t think Ten hag will be able to improve the club’s performance.
Agree. It is funny that a draw result is considered as an improvement of Man United performance. If they failed to win the match, it means no improvement at all. Aston Villa is strong team now but Man United should have a chance to beat them. Man United must focus on attacking, so they may have a chance to score some goals. But if they focused on defense only, they may have no conceded goals but they won't have a goal. A draw result isn't something good for Man United, it is also not the first time to get bad result. If Man United fires him, it is not because of the draw result but it is caused by a series of bad results.
The draw means Manchester United have not won a single game in their last five games, and it would be ridiculous to think of it as an improvement in performance as their mission came to Villa Park to end the negative results they achieved in the previous game. Manchester United's performance this season is far from expectations, even though they have spent around £200 million to bring in players in the summer transfer market, but the performance of Ten Hag's squad has not changed. Several names have started to emerge if the club decides to fire Erik ten Hag, Ruud van Nistelrooy is the favorite to become interim manager, Tuchel's name has also started to be widely rumored to fill the position left by Ten Hag.

A draw is still a good result compared to their previous performance (especially since their opponent is Aston Villa and it's their away match), but it still doesn't live up to expectations, considering how they brought in all those players. What everyone expects is win after win. Now, it remains to be seen whether the coach is satisfied with just the draw or whether he will be able to provide satisfactory work after the international break. If he is only satisfied with a draw and cannot improve further, then it will be over for Man United.

In my opinion, Manchester United's draw is not a bad result, at least Man United can still get 1 point because I initially thought Aston Villa would beat Man United like they beat Bayern Munich in the Champions League because if we judge from the performance point of view, Bayern Munich is better than Man United but fortunately Man United can maintain a good enough defense so that Aston Villa cannot break through their goal. Some people think that the Man United match with Aston Villa is a benchmark for the continuation of Erik Ten Hag's service if Man United loses again, but unfortunately every time I hope Erik Ten Hag is fired, there is always something that makes this coach feel safe and Man United management is still reluctant to fire Erik Ten Hag.

I think this is a bad result, we are evaluating the overall situation and not individual games, right? 8 points after 7 games can hardly be attributed to bad luck or some fluctuations. In some games, even obvious underdogs show good results, but this does not mean that they are doing well.
As I understand it, today's management meeting has not yet taken place and it is impossible to say for sure whether Ten Hag has been fired or not?

Manchester United is now celebrating a draw like a holiday. lol
No playing style from United. I don't know what Erik ten Hag is doing in Manchester United.
Since Ten Hag joined the club in 2022, no Premier League club has conceded 3 or more goals per game in all competitions more times than Manchester United (24). There is no reason not to sack him.
We can see how disastrous the management of Barcelona and Chelsea has been, but they chose the right coach, and in the end, they played well with a good strategy.
Ten Hag doesn’t have that, he is not the right coach for United.

The three matches that was played on Sunday was very surprising to the fans. Chelsea 1-1 Nottingham forest and Aston villa 0-0 Manchester united the both matches was quite though for them. However I think the draw is more better for Chelsea and Manchester united than losing the hole three points because looking at the performance of Aston villa and Nottingham forest now in premier league I think any club that is not strong enough would going find it difficult to get a win from them. Though, the most annoing one was Brighton vs Tottenham Hotspur the game was like a shock to me because they were able to took the lead in the first half with 2 goals against their opponent but to my greatest surprise in the second half Brighton players were able to use 20 minutes and score 3 goals against Tottenham Hotspur and dominate the game till full time, indeed it was an incredible performance from Brighton players.

In the last two seasons we have not seen a better performance than Manchester United. The team's performance in the last season was quite poor and they finished eighth in the table. Despite this deterioration in performance, Manchester United management did not fire Ten Hag. Because Manchester United won the FA Cup by defeating Manchester City. This was Ten Hag's only major achievement.

This even happens more than that because looking at their finish in the last 4 seasons their best achievement is only up to 3rd place the rest of the time they are always knocked out of the top 5 so that indeed for Ten Hag's leadership at Manchester United in the last 2 seasons it is actually not helped only there is 1 trophy that is always proud of because it is very rare for them to get a trophy in the last decade.

Even though if you look at the EPL which actually should be their main focus, Manchester United's performance in 1 season looks quite worrying where their performance is difficult to guess every week or indeed the unstable condition of the dressing room because there are always internal problems in every season has always been a drama for Manchester Untied in recent seasons.

So commenting the results of the turn.
As expected Everton Newcastle was not a so easy game for Newcastle and the game ended 0-0
Another fail for Ten Hag with Mancehster United, he will sacked soon, probably during the next week break is a good moment.
Spurs lost and Chelasse tie are others 2 surprising bad results.
Should Sean Dyche be backed further? Let's also not forget this is the third season of Eddie Howe. The media do not criticize him same way they criticize Erik Ten Hag. Pathetic Punks! The management of Manchester United have just hinted they have no such plans to sack Erik Ten Hag, but they better improve Fr! Fr! Nothingham Forest are also good sides, they have an experienced manager and he has handled them well this season with just one lose recorded in the Premier League Competition. Tottenham Hotspur had a sloppy second half and Brighton utilized the chances they had. They showed they wanted the win immediately the scoreline was 1-2! incredible performance!

Well, I don’t know if the idea of not firing Ten Hag is going to be a good idea because if they do not sack him, Manchester United might actually get relegated, and I am not even kidding. Manchester United is being criticized a lot by the media because right now the legacy of Manchester United is literally under threat. I already think that Manchester United is not the club that it once was. And if this continues, I am pretty sure that Manchester United will never regain their past glory.

Tottenham losing against Brighton was definitely a surprise. I don’t know what happened in the second half but it was almost like they forgot how to play or how to defend. The performance of Tottenham has also been very below average so far.

Of course this is not an improvement although in the end this result still seems better than not getting any points at all but it is definitely not an improvement as they are still the same.
Manchester United are still struggling for now and a draw is not really the answer and not a good condition but it's still better than losing all the time. But of course they also still have to continue to improve their performance because when they are still the same, of course criticism will continue to exist especially for Ten Hag, whose position is currently very insecure.
This draw must be used as a moment where they must rise even more in the following week especially if they see their schedule to face Brentford at Old Trafford so they must try to maximize this to 3 points.

Despite this deterioration in performance, Manchester United management did not fire Ten Hag. Because Manchester United won the FA Cup by defeating Manchester City. This was Ten Hag's only major achievement.

Ten Hag was heavily funded by Manchester United management. A lot of money has been spent by the United management. Manchester United management will suffer financially if Ten Hag is sacked. This is why Manchester United is not taking the decision to fire Ten Hag. But I'd say we won't see a better performance from Manchester United unless Ten Hag is sacked. It will be difficult for Manchester United to stay in the top 10 of the table.
