All of these Thursday fixtures are tiring and will definitely lead to fatigue and lots injuries. I would love to see Enzo Maresca utilize the second team wherever Chelsea has such fixtures to avoid damaging his first eleven. Yeah, every trophy might be important but , he should make good use of his first team to fight for top four positions.

Chelsea players missing goals like that shouldn't be new to you honestly. Years back, Fernando Torres did same too so I'm not surprised.

Deep down, I want them to be knocked out so they can fight for the Premier League Top Four. But, Enzo Maresca would want to challenge for that cup too. Chelsea had a great past with Italian managers, Enzo Maresca wouldn't be the first, not even the last.

Lol, it's funny when a coach says he's not interested in securing the title. Even if they say that, it's not the truth and we shouldn't take it seriously, because I agree that it's a form of sarcasm said by the coach. Logically, which coach doesn't want to be successful even though they've won the title in a row? Moreover, this is the English League which we know has great prestige, remember this is the top league in the world.

Arsenal are expected to be able to compete with Manchester City again as they did in the last 2 seasons. They have very good capital to do that again, now it's just a matter of how they can continue the foundation they have built during Arteta's time as their coach. This season they should be able to show something even better if we look at their improvements in the last few seasons.

Last season was a pretty tight season in the Premier League after Aston Villa was also one of the teams that at the beginning of the season continued to be able to compete for the title with City, Arsenal and Liverpool, but unfortunately after a difficult journey Aston Villa experienced inconsistency in their journey at the end of the season which made them go out of the championship competition with Liverpool and were only able to end the season in the top 4 zone, But even so, of course, what Aston Villa showed was extraordinary after teams like Chelsea and Manchester United failed to do it, last season Aston Villa had a pretty tough and solid squad even though they didn't have many stars in the squad.

Predicting the result of this particular game would've been easier if Arsenal was playing at home but considering how impressive Aston Villa have been since last season, I don't think it'll be an easy game for Mikel Arteta's men. Arsenal without doubt have a better winning probability because of their superior number of quality players but I expect Aston Villa to fight for all three points in that game.

the Aston Villa vs arsenal match will be the first premier league test that arsenal will be facing for the season and with both teams already holding on to three points from thier respective opening games of the season, it's going to be a fight of people's expectations of an ideal result  of arsenal winning this match against an effort of Aston Villa to make a difference in this current season. This match is very crucial for Arsenal because last season they lost twice to Aston Villa, but if you look at the player material, Arsenal should be able to pick up three points from Aston Villa.

If we look at the depth of the squad, Arsenal has quality players, such as captain Martin Odegaard, Declan Rice, William Saliba and others, but Aston Villa is not an easy opponent to beat, Unai Emery will not let Arsenal win at their headquarters, especially since he was able to thwart Arsenal's strength last season. I have seen it. It looks bad and ideally Marc Guiu should not have missed it. This is also triggering some bad reactions toward him. Both Arsenal and Aston Villa started the season with good results and both got wins. The difference is Arsenal got a win at home, while Aston Villa got it away. I think Unai Emery will play Ian Maatsen as a starter because he played well against West Ham, as well as defensive midfielder Amadou Onana who played the full 90 minutes in his first match. The presence of the 2 new players will make Aston Villa even stronger.

Chelsea have taken a big step to qualify for league phase in the Conference League by the way. They beat Servette 2-0 home in the first leg. I hope they can make it there without problems.

After a bad start to the Premier League, this result might be some help for Chelsea in terms of motivation. I hope they focus on winning the Conference League title on one hand. Because it is a tournament they can win for real. The number of challenging opponents is way less compared to the EL and CL. It would be some good credit for Enzo Maresca too.

But probably their main target would be to finish the Premier League in top 4.

Yea, I also share the same sentiment as you bro, betting on Manchester city to win with such an odd is actually not ideal and just as you rightfully said, anything can happen, and if such a game failed to play out as planned, it's definitely going to pain you the most because the odd is too small for it to fail, so as far am concerned, I would never stake that particular game a direct winning, if I must stake on that particular game, I would try to maximize my options, like going with the option of Manchester city to win and over 2.5 or over 1.5 half time, I believe that any of this two options will definitely give more than 1.50 odds, so that is my own take on it if I must stake on that game.

Lastly, another deciding factor that makes it a clear winning for this Manchester city side is that they have the home advantage, and if you look at this Manchester city side from last season till now, they hardly drop point at home, especially to the lower opposition, so I believe that nothing is stopping Manchester city from claiming all 3 point in tomorrows encounter between them and Ipswich town.

Betting on City to win over Ipswich makes no sense at 1.10, there needs to be some better odds for that, I get that we know they will win, but 1.10? That is way too low, it has to be like at least 1.30 or something for that to make sense, no reason to bet on that, not even in a parlay, it's just not worth it. I am not saying this because the odd itself is just too low, it is also the fact that teams are known to lose or draw when not expecting that type of result, which means that we could basically have something like that again.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, Ipswich could end up getting a draw or even maybe a win, not saying that will happen, but the odds of 1.10 is not the chances neither, there is a bigger chance for that. Sometimes odds are just way too terrible for football. We all know it’s going to be a very tight one for the Gunners. Emery men defeated both Manchester City and Arsenal here last season in two consecutive games. They approached that game like they were on a mission to win something special.

And now they have added some new faces to the team in the summer and they look like they’ll bring more reinforcements before the window closes.
I don’t think the approach would change. They’ll still want to get something out of this match with Arsenal as Emery would want to retain his spot for champions league football.

Last season Chelsea relied on Cole Palmer even though this player is not a striker but he was able to perform well under the previous coach Mauricio Pochettino he has found his rhythm but it seems this season he has to adapt again to the new coach and it is not easy for him so it is natural if Chelsea will experience a decline for a moment because the players are not used to understanding the characteristics of Enzo Maresca.

I'm sorry, but it's simply you're missing the key point at the end of video. Pep's clearly said that his motivation to win PL trophy will be there in the last month of competition. I'd prefer to see his statement as sarcastic, not as a lack of interest in winning the Premier League.

Look at how City was always backstabbed arsenal in the last month of competition, then they won the trophy.
