I don't know, friends, whether it's strategy or ambition, of course we don't know what Todd Boehly have in mind at the moment, Having 40 players in their current squad makes Chelsea the fattest team in the Premier League this season, but after this defeat it actually indicating that they only have a group of young players who have no mentality at all in the game, actually what Todd Boehly did by bringing in new players is of course a good thing but I think he should be able to bring in players who really suit the club current needs and not actually making transfers without proper consideration of the quality and experience of the players.
I admit that the young players recruited by Chelsea are talented players, but at the moment I think they are not ready to compete in the Premier League because of their experience and also minimal mentality.

Don't expect much from Chelsea this season. They still have that poor strategy in transfers. Actually I'm not sure if this can be called a strategy... They are just signing everyone they can without looking at what they need.

Over 40 players in the squad... It sounds like a joke but it isn't I'm afraid.    This team doesn't deserve to be managed this poorly. I don't know how many times I have said that, but it is what it is. How is the coach going to manage all these players? How will he manage to give most of them chances not to make them unhappy?    The chairman doesn't think about it even for a minute seemingly. It can't go on like this forever.

Overall Chelsea players played badly which made Todd Boehly very disappointed, he left the Stadium early not because Chelsea lost. He is aware that it is very difficult to win against Manchester City who always maintain their best performance, but because his team lost in this way, he cannot accept it. Osimhen transfer seems to need to be made official soon, Chelsea need a reliable goal scorer to boost their performance, Enzo Maresca also has to find a solution to his team's poor performance. The result in the next game will show where Chelsea is heading this season under Maresca, if his performance continues like this, it will be very difficult for Chelsea to compete in the top four.

The case of Manchester city and Chelsea is something that everyone already know even before the game that Manchester City will continue to win Chelsea the highest Chelsea can do is to play draw and for now I don't think they have that capacity to stop us from scoring because the name Manchester City alone will scare them them so just still have a long way to go before they can even dream of winning us. And Manchester City is going to win Ipswich Town nothing to stop Such win and this are games that you can easy bet on and win just that the odds are usually small for the winners, if Ipswich Town could not win against Liverpool is now Manchester City they want to win.


The same Aston villa that stopped arsenal from winning the premier league last season it's going to be interesting game from this game we are going to know if arsenal as improved or not that is if they win against the villa then we know that arsenal is going to be a problem for us this season, some times you don't underestimate arsenal because you might predict Aston villa to win and later you see arsenal trashing them so anything can still happen, Aston villa to can actually not be underestimated, I will love to watch the game, their are a lot of things that will happen during that game because it is looking as if both clubs have actually improved,  arsenal winning the premier league that is what we hear every season and still end up losing.

I feel that the fixtures is not being fair with Ipswich Town. These guys are just coming from the Championship and doesn't have the experience of the English Premier League. Their first match was Liverpool and the second Manchester City. When they receive 2 defeats consecutively and with the injury news I'm hearing, they will definitely be demoralized.

This is a tough match and difficult to predict. In as much as many will say that Arsenal is the favourites to win. We shouldn't forget how good the Emry boys are now. Going for BTTS will not be a bad idea.

This is the first matchday of the EPL. Some teams have shown optimistic results and some teams have performed poorly despite being the favorites. However, this is the first match and we will not be able to judge the team's performance for the next season just from this match. Chelsea has got a new manager and I think the club management has a target for the new coach. Hopefully Chelsea can improve their ranking. City appeared very dominant with their victory over Chelsea. Arsenal also won without conceding a goal. The first position now is Brighton because they managed to beat Everton 3-0. There will be many changes after the second matchday is over.

Manchester City managed to destroy Chelsea with a landslide score of 2-0 at Stamford Bridge in the previous match, while Ipswich Town was also destroyed by Liverpool at Anfield Stadium with a score of 2-0, so from the results of the previous match we can see that Ipswich Town very small hope to win that's match, facing the defending champions is of course not an easy thing for Ipswich Town to face in match so it would be better for us to bet on Manchester City winning in that the match, although holding Manchester City win will only get us a small money refund but I think it's better than holding Ipswich Town who clearly have no hope of winning against Manchester City.

Arsenal match against Aston Villa will be a match that is difficult to predict, but in my opinion Aston Villa has a better chance of winning the match or at least getting 1 point from Arsenal, maybe before Aston Villa is coached by Unai Emery of course we will not hesitate to bet for Arsenal won, but since Unai Emery coached them it is clear that Aston Villa can no longer be underestimated at this time, and if you remember the previous two seasons of ocourse we can see if Aston Villa was actually the team  has thwarted Arsenal chance of winning the Premier League.

Without a doubt I would choose to bet on over 3.25 with odds of 1.60 because I believe Ipswich is just a weak club that Man City will take advantage of to seize the first position in the points table and on the other hand some of Ipswich's key players are injured which makes it easier for Man City to score big.

But I'm a little hesitant to bet on Arsenal's match and haven't found the best betting option.
Arsenal did manage to get 3 points when they played against Wolves but when Arsenal played at home, while Aston Villa was able to beat West Ham when they played away.
This means Aston Villa cannot be underestimated and I had time to think whether betting on over 2.5 was the right choice.

What is clear is that Cucurella was too arrogant, he underestimated Haaland even though in fact this one striker's ability cannot be underestimated.

Last year they did not fail their supporters at Etihad. It was a draw game both at Etihad and Stamford bridge. I just knew this season is going to be different and that Manchester City will win against Chelsea twice they will play. Chelsea will preform better this year but there are a few clubs that are exemptions. Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool are the clubs that i am certain that Chelsea wont be able to win them this season.

If there are any other season i am to believe in Arsenal then it is this season. With the look of things they are more than prepared, i have watched their game and see how they tend to see how they can substitute some players to reserve their energy for the next game.

If they keep playing like in the match against Man City, they probably will finish the season out of the top 10. Chelsea signed many players but they don't know how to optimize the potential of those players. They don't even know what the priority should be fixed soon. Chelsea management think they will perform better if they keep buying new players as many as possible. This is actually the wrong way! Chelsea forget that to be a solid team, the need time to play together. They rebuild the team with too many new players (mostly young players), they don't consider the team balance with old players.

Those players may play underperformance because they played not in their best position. Palmer and Nkunku played as wingers, meanwhile Enzo played as an attacking midfielder. I don't understand with the tactic of Maresca, this is too speculative when they played against a big team like Man City. I think Maresca needs to learn that he is better to put every player in their best position. Regarding Cucurella, I have no idea about him. He is a big mouth but he has no quality in the field. 

It will be very bad if Chelsea fail their supporter this year again because they have all the resources needed to rebrand the team and make them the strong team they used to be. I am also thinking that they will not do well and my reason is their inability to sign a new attacker knowing that their attacking is not that great. Assuming they are able to bring in a high quality striker, I will be more confident in the team this season.

This year might surprise you because I see Arsenal doing better than expected. If you watched their last match against Wolves, you will see that they have a team that can challenge any other team in the Premiership this season. They have a fine blend of the old and young players with a good coach in the person of Arteta.

Maybe it is too early to conclude. it was just Chelsea's first game, and they faced a really tough opponent. We will be able to predict ehre they wil end up in the table after a few more games.

Manchester City have been able to maintain a very consistent performance for the past two years I don't see any seasoning where they have not played at their very best. They do well in the second part of the season than in the first, the reason for them being able to maintain the title because when other teams are tiring up is the time that they are firing.
For Liverpool with their new coach, they still look good.

E. Howe was really smart enough and ready with various conditions on the field at that time, so they used a strategy to further expand the movement of their players. And what made it memorable again was Newcastle scored a goal when their position was only ten, and it was also the only shot on target that Newcastle had. Cucurella was not the only player that had a terrible game. Cole Palmer was nowhere to be found on the pitch. And Enzo…..well Enzo was not the best captain. We all saw Todd Boehly leave the stadium early during the game. It could be he left to make a call about Victor Osimhen transfer deal to Chelsea. Everybody can see that Chelsea needs a striker. Todd Boehly is likely to make some more signings.

I also think that City will get a huge punishment, I just do not think that championships will be taken away, because it feels like it wouldn't have any point at all, it would have an asterisk on whoever gets it, so that doesn't mean anything. But what can be done, which would be terrible but would definitely be great for football, is take them down a few divisions, like to league one or league two, in that case they are already super down, and while they would have money, they won't have income as much and they would have to focus on selling some of the players and waiving others etc etc, and start from zero.

That's not always a bad thing, do not consider that as terrible, Juventus was given the same punishment, and then ended up with like 10 wins in a row, so it is not always a bad thing. I feel like instead of taking the championship, they should do that as punishment and would fit the crime and would be good enough for everyone else benefiting until City comes back too.

I don’t think Chelsea will do well this season either. They just keep on signing players without results. They have signed Mudryk, Nkunku, Lukaku and many proven players who have performed very well in other teams but when they join Chelsea they just flop.

I don’t think Arsenal will be able to challenge Manchester City for the title like they have done in the last season. Manchester City is looking very good this season, to be honest. Liverpool has got a new manager and also got their first victory, but we have more to see from him.

Another team that I had high hopes for is Tottenham but after their draw against Leicester City, looks like they will be going trophyless another season. Although it is very early in the season to judge other teams.

Manchester United might be able to achieve something this season. Their team is looking great. Defensively they were shaky and they have got reinforcements in there. They have also signed Zirkzee who has scored already in his Premier League debut.

Chelsea fans are starting to miss Abramovich, as long as he was still the owner of the club, Chelsea's transfer policy was always successful, although there were several players who failed to develop after being brought to Stamford Bridge, the number was very small and did not have much impact on the club. Chelsea started to fall apart after his departure, Todd Boehly brought in players without consideration, a lot of money was wasted without getting real results.
Manchester United managed to get their first win, the win was not their best performance because they were only able to score one goal and the win was achieved towards the end of the match. Manchester City is still able to maintain its performance well, the victory over Chelsea shows that they are still very strong. As long as Pep Guardiola is still the coach, Manchester City will continue to perform well and have a great chance of winning the EPL trophy.

It doesn't matter whether Manchester City will still manage to get the Premier League trophy or not this season because afterall, the fact is that the Premier League remains an interesting and competitive league in every season. Because after all, in the Premier League not only Manchester City because there are still many other top teams that can also compete in the title race. Also, if you realize about how the process or journey of Manchester City to get the trophy in recent seasons, it is clearly not easy.

After all, last season too, in reality the determination of the trophy-winning team occurred until the last match, because last season Manchester City competed closely with Arsenal. With results like that,  even though Manchester City managed to get a trophy in a row but anyway,the reality is that the great competition is also still happen, and Manchester City are also not at the top of the standings throughout the season. Therefore, the Premier League clearly remains interesting and competitive even though Manchester City managed to get consecutive trophies.

Todd Boehly should put an end to bringing in new signings. Chelsea Manager Maresca has said he’s only going to be working with 21 players and not 42 team players. You will have to imagine what’s going on at Chelsea, Maresca obviously is not sanctioning some of these transfers and it’s good he’s speaking out before it’s too late.

How can you have a squad of 42 first team players? We have not even counted academy players, it’s pure madness. There's absolutely no way you can conduct a training session for 42 players.

It seems the new players knew this was coming. I don’t feel for players that join Chelsea and get treated anyhow. Look at Tosin that joined them for free from Fulham, and Raheem Sterling they could not make the conference league squad. It’s crazy.

I totally understand Sterling. He has given so much to the EPL that he cannot be treated like trash. His decision to leave Chelsea is justified.
